Had a very pleasant two day stay here recently when doing a trip to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. For less than the price of many hotels we got a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with full kitchen. The beds were comfortable and they used full sized comfortable pillows. TVs and cable selection was adequate and the WiFi was fine, plenty fast enough to play an MMORPG. If you plan to do cooking I strongly encourage you to pack a few pieces of cookware if you can. Our unit had no measuring spoons, no frying pan and no pots but oddly enough did have some casserole dishes and bakeware. Things like cooking spoons and spatulas were in short supply. It's not a deal breaker or anything but you should plan accordingly. DON'T get anything but a ground floor unit if you are remotely mobility impaired. The stairs are kind of steep and there are a lot of them. Both bathrooms had super deep tubs which is becoming rare in new hotels and the hot water was actually HOT and adequate to fill up the tubs. The tubs are super cheap quality plastic but as long as they hold water who cares. Oddly the large multi person tub in the master bedroom is not jacuzzi jetted and the shower though large enough for 2+ people only has one shower head and no place to sit. In other words design concept was for luxury but they missed the mark by cutting too many corners. Units have a nice patio or balcony and the HVAC system was more than adequate to keep the unit hot/cool. For the price I would definitely stay here again. However if I planned to do any cooking I would pack for the trip as if I needed to bring all my cookware with me.

Very nice Hilton property. Located close to all the historic sites. Staff is also very friendly and the condos have been recently renovated.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for over a decade and have stayed at Hiltons all across the US with rarely an issue. This was by far the worst experience have had with any Hilton ever. I had a reservation for Oct 31st to Nov 2nd. On Oct 31st, I called the site to inform them I was running a little late and would arrive around 7am on Nov 1st . I was assured my reservation would be honored and there's no issues with me checking in at 7am the following morning. Well I arrive the morning of Nov. 1st and the receptionist at the registration desk had no record of m reservation. She spoke to me with a rude and unprofessional tone. When I pulled up my reservation details on phone to show her, she took my phone from my hand. I wasn't handing her my phone, I was showing her the display of phone which had my reservation details. All she said to me was "I wasn't in the system" and "Are you sure you have the right address?". Even after providing my conformation number and name and number associated with Hilton Honors account. I told her this was a bad experience and I would go somewhere else. I called the Hilton Honors corp number and was told my reservation had been cancelled due to "No Show". The agent even told me she was able to see a note entered on my reservation stating I would be arriving around 7am Nov. 1st. The agent issued me a refund for billing from the no show.

The beds were very old and uncomfortable. service was practically nonexistent. We had need of another blanket one time and it took hours for that to come to our room and no we could not go pick it up. The 2 d time we needed washcloths and they also didn't show up for hours. In fact,we all had gone to bed. Seems to be a bit of a drive to go anyplace.

Wife and I arrived after a 9 Hour Drive and they did not have our room that we had reserved available. Without that being frustrating enough, they didn’t even help us try to find another place to stay. They literally told us good luck and sent us on our way. This was quite frustrating because we were from another state and only had Google to rely on at 10 o’clock at night. They were very unaccommodating and the staff was very rude. When It was all said and done I didn’t even get a refund for the one night that we didn’t get to stay. Definitely do not recommend.
