Our all-suites resort features 2-bedroom suites with king and twin beds, and 4-bedroom suites with king, queen, or twin beds. Suites are extra roomy and include a separate living area space with a queen sofa bed, fireplace, TV, and fully equipped kitchens for in-suite meals. Enjoy our endless resort amenities, starting with a workout in the fitness center, playing a game in the basketball/tennis/volleyball or pickleball courts, or swimming in our indoor or outdoor pools. The resort also includes shuffleboard, mini-golf, and bean toss game areas. Kids enjoy the kids' playground. Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; mini-golf; movie & board game rentals; book exchange; self-parking for one vehicle; barbecue equipment; outdoor games, select daily activities & crafts; sports equipment (volleyball, horseshoes, tennis, basketball, pickleball).

    After staying here in the past, they finally have begun remodeling a lot of their units. And I have to say it's a world of difference, looks 10 times better and things actually work. The indoor pool area was very comfortable and enjoyable. Check in was fast and easy. Plus, they have mini golf, a rec room, and activities center. (Didn't use those) Overall, was very impressed.

    We stayed here with our family of 6 while in town to visit Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The complex is quite large with many buildings. Some of the units are renovated and some are not. The units overall are large, but the inside of the living quarters buildings was very outdated and tired. We wound up moving to a new room after our first night and the renovated rooms, essentially, a quick flip (new furniture, no carpets) of the older rooms was an improvement. The pool area was the highlight with a nice outdoor pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, a heated outdoor hot tub. There is also mini golf and basketball on site.
