  I really like the room that Miss Lynn gave to me and my husband. It’s very clean. They didn’t charge us anything for early check-in, and Miss Lynn made sure that when we arrived, the room was ready and cleaned as early as possible. That was very helpful for us because my husband drove all the way from Louisiana to Virginia. They truly made our day easier and allowed us to rest and sleep right away! The room is clean, and the housekeeping staff is great too. Every time I request cleaning, they do it. I had one small issue one time, but I’m very happy because they fixed it right away. They don’t ignore their customers’ requests and they really take care of their clients. And Patricia keep checking on our stay how are we already and if theres things we need Kudos to the team! I also love the smell of the cleaning products every time they clean our room. I’m literally OCD, so whenever I smell that clean scent on the floor and see that they wiped it properly, I really appreciate it! We will surely come back if we’re in town again for this job. We’re still currently checked in, but I just really wanted to write a review. I love writing reviews for every hotel we stay in.

  Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg–Richmond Rd. is decent overall, but the property is showing its age. Everything was fine for a short stay, though the number of tip jars everywhere was a bit surprising. Still a convenient option in the area.

  So far, I’m still checked in, and I really like how the front desk staff care about their customers. I had many questions, and they answered all of them patiently without getting tired of me. I truly appreciate that because not all front desk staff at some hotels we’ve stayed at are like this. So kudos to them! I like this place—it’s very clean. I met one of the housekeeping staff, the girl with short hair. I asked her if the washer and dryer were working, and she kindly answered me right away. She was very friendly. I’m currently checked into Room 313, and lynn is awesome from front desk she gave me a very clean and quiet room. I know we’ll be coming back here since my husband works at the papermill. The breakfast is good, too. The people who work here are well-trained and very nice. The towels are clean, and the room is spacious. We’re currently booked and still staying here, and we will definitely be back again after this job! I think id settle here for two weeks since i like it here then jumping in diffrent hotel this is saved hotel in my list now

  Hotel is in a convenient location and was very clean. Avoid rooms anywhere near the elevator. Specifically avoid room 213. It is next to the elevator and is very loud all day and night! I am editing this post to add that the customer service at this hotel really stepped up and was impressive. I was refunded for the room without any hassle and will stay at this hotel again because of the customer service!

  The hotel is immaculate, the service warm, friendly and efficient. The breakfast lady is in a class by herself: everything clean, clean clean, good choices both hot and cold.
