Don’t expect much sleep- got a modern thermostat paired with a 1960’s window unit AC machine (LOUD, and turns on and off all night). Also couldn’t figure out if I was staying in a hotel, or a dog kennel, there were SO MANY dogs. Our second stay here and without a doubt our last.

Honestly, for its price and location, it is a great choice and we would stay here again as well as recommend it to others. We did encounter one staff person we loved, I believe her name was Tina. She was top notch customer service. Everyone else was a blank slate or rude. The room was clean and comfortable, however there is a sign in the bathroom that states housekeeping every other day but after four days, when we called to ask why we hadn’t received service, we were informed they only do it by request. Better communication in this would have raised the rating. Also the room could be better if mini fridge was in it. We never received recognition for being Hilton Honors members. Digital Key never worked, and the room keys are outdated so that they demagnetized easily even if we didn’t have cell phones on us. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. Breakfast was average, and area was always neat and tidy. WiFi was outstanding in our room! Walmart and Uber Eats deliveries were easy to utilize at this location. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
