James was immediately welcoming, friendly, great personality who had superb local recommendations. One of which was Patriot Shuttle to Busch Gardens. Selena, the breakfast Chef, made the best omelets and was so nice! Thank you Selena!! We look forward to staying here again!! Thank you again James for making our stay awesome!!

Room keys seemed to be really unreliable, and the room we got smelled like weed, so overall the experience was not good. The breakfast was pretty good though, probably the one redeeming thing for us.

Friendly and helpful guest services, Excellent breakfast daily, full service hotel bar in the evenings. The hotel has a nice and unique layout and the suites are great as well with more than the usual drawer / storage space, separate living room and bedroom (with a door). Both rooms have TVs. Living room has a hotel size fridge, a wet bar, a small dining table and ample/comfortable lighting and seating.

The heating system must be antiquated because the temperature in the room never was above 73. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly throughout the stay.
