  Nice quiet hotel Friendly staff, busy in season, but very quiet in February. Dog friendly, centrally located in Williamsburg.

  The experience would have been better if an employee by the name of Charles wasn't there. I've had previous encounters with his disrespectful & rude behaviors before. The place is ok for the price. Bedding needs to be sprayed for either mites or fleas as I had bite marks when I woke up.

  The hotel was very nosey with dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG! We had connecting rooms with our daughter/husband and their room was ice cold blowing constant cold air and and ours was extremely hot no matter what temp you set it on. Very disappointed in our stay

  The breakfast was disgusting. The rooms are really old. The bathroom was totally cramped. The towels were dirty with old makeup stains. The bath had standing water. The sheets appeared clean. The pillows were left over my pillow feeling to it. Way too overstuffed not comfortable. The refrigerator froze. Our chicken. The blankets were really thin, but there was a heater and it worked really great. I didn’t visit the pool. We had three people staying in the room with only one container of shampoo and conditioner so I got extra at the desk that was OK. Since you have to pay for breakfast because eating at the motel was disgusting you probably could just pay more money or a place that has good breakfast is included like a Hilton or something. I don’t think it was worth it, but it was cheap and clean with no bedbugs.

  We had a group of 40 people stay here for the Grand illumination weekend. upset about some of the room conditions that my people had to put up with Saturday night. 1 air conditioning / heater falling out the window letting the cold air in 2 heater, they couldn't adjust the thermostat.It was like a sauna in the room. 3 and this one is the worst they found blood on the bed sheets before they went to bed this is highly unacceptable. My group leader is getting them new rooms. But the room should have never been like this to begin with. As the Best Western I thought the place would be better. I'm extremely upset that my clients had to go through this. Dining room chairs and tables need updated We will not be returning.
