This place is the most disgusting Best Western I have unfortunately stayed at. The rooms have bed bugs, mold, and smell horrible, and the white woman that works the front desk is rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For starters just to get to the elevator you have to wrap around the inside of the hotel to the other side with bags. It became a big issue since we were traveling with toddlers/ elderly. Our bed was broken and almost made my grandmother fall. The TVs don’t work on the weekends. The connection is so bad it glitches the entire time. The WiFi also doesn’t work. The fridges freeze any items put in it, which became an issue when putting produce in the fridge for our toddler. They have a washer and dryer but don’t have options to buy laundry detergent within the hotel. Our breakfast table was broken and leaned to one side which we found out when our food almost fell off the table when setting it down. If you are looking for a hotel that is worth the price that is safe do NOT come here. By far my WORST hotel experience.

This is a great hotel. We have stayed here twice now. Most recently October 2025. Clean rooms and hallways, filling complimentary breakfast, very friendly and welcoming staff, pet friendly and located very near historic Colonial Williamsburg, a quick drive to the Williamsburg Outlets as well as close access to I64 to get to other area attractions. - Angela M.

We stayed here through AirBnB and loved it. It within walking distance of Historic Williamsburg and a lot of shopping! The staff were very kind and helpful! Breakfast was good, our only fuss would have been that breakfast consisted of the same sausage, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. However, they were consistent! Overall, this is in a great spot for Historic Williamsburg. The walk is lovely both day and night! The staff are kind and respectful! We enjoyed our stay!

I have a mixed experience at the Best Western in Williamsburg, VA. The hotel’s location is fantastic, conveniently situated near key attractions, which was a major plus. The front desk staff were also accommodating and responsive, quickly addressing our concerns by moving us to a quieter room after a disruptive first night.Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by significant issues. On our first night, a group of construction workers were partying loudly in the hallways, making it impossible to sleep. While the room change helped, the new room raised serious concerns about cleanliness. I stepped on a dirty fish hook embedded in the dark carpet, which was not only painful but also required a trip to the pharmacy for a tetanus shot. This suggests the room hadn’t been properly vacuumed or inspected.Overall, the great location and helpful staff bumped my rating slightly, but the disruptive noise and hazardous cleanliness issues made this a largely disappointing stay. I’d hesitate to recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.
