    This is a very nice hotel. It was clean and very well maintained. The kids loved the indoor pool. We really enjoyed our stay, it was about 30 minutes away from Winter Green Resort which was convenient for us. Our only complaint was that the soap in our room was empty our entire stay, but that leads to me the main point of this review, Diane! She had the BEST customer service. She gave us bar soap to accommodate the empty liquid bottle. She made us feel as home and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Diane!

    I checked in early to the hotel and Christina lied and said she upgraded me to a suite for free but i had already reserved a suite. Once i went in room 206 it was not a suite and i took a picture of the room. I went back down to the front desk and Christina claimed the systemhas it a suite and blamed it on a a system upgrade. She changed it to room 512 and the suite smelled like old furniture and dog and the comforter had small amount of brown dried food or something on it. I informed the Christina again about 512 room being smelly etc. She gave me back 206 and I told her she need to downgrade my room as it's a 2 queen Standard and not a suite. She said she would take care of it. She did not. As I checked with her again before going to grab food and she said oh yes I took care of it already. That night I returned from the football game and the lady on duty said I was still in room 512. I showed her my keys for 206 so she left a note for Erika the morning staff. The next morning i spoke to Tammy about this and she got Etoka to look at it. She saw I was still in 512 and again I showed my keys for 206. Erika took my name and cell phone number and she said I would get a call once she talked to the GM. Before I checked out and was told I again I would receive a call. No calls to resolve the differencein prices for the room. Called the hotel at least 7 times without ANYONE calling me back nor resolving the issue and Christina answered 3 of the times I called. I called guest relations 5 times with NO resolve. The GM NEVER responded to guest relations or me to resolve this issue. The hotel claimed I stayed in a suite when i did not. See the picture attached. That is rm 206 with my stuff in the room before I unloaded it. May God have mercy on all of you who lied, who stood by and did nothing to resolved this issue but to cover it up. I thank God for teaching me to love. Psalms 63:11 and Psalms 52 I leave with you. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    Beware if booking through Capital One Travel, I booked a room for a friend of mine visiting town, and despite the reservation being prepaid they still charged my friend the entire amount of the room. He's tried calling them 4-5x now, they're giving him the runaround and STILL haven't refunded him. He said the room was really nice and clean though, so they got that going for them.

    Not my first choice because trip was last minute, and my preferred hotel was full. Building is old and shows it's age.
