- WSWendy ScarbroughOct 16, 20254.0The hotel appears to be quite new, so all facilities are in good condition. It's been some time since we stayed in a H. I. E. and for one night it was fine. The building is new, but the rooms are not soundproofed very well. We heard guests walking above our room, the TV playing next door and in the early AM people leaving by the back exit and slamming the door. Breakfast has both hot and cold items and was very well maintained. The Mexican restaurant near the hotel (Plaza Antuiga) is very good and walking distance from hotel.
