  Our experience at this Holiday Inn was mixed and unfortunately frustrating in several areas. We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM for a 3:00 PM check-in and asked if an early check-in might be possible. The front desk staff explained they only had four housekeepers working, so early check-ins were not available. While I understand staffing challenges, it set the tone for a stay that felt a bit disorganized. Once we got to the room, we noticed several issues. The window shade was broken, but to their credit, maintenance responded quickly and fixed it after we requested help. However, the comforter on the bed was stained, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Additionally, when we checked the closet, we found someone else’s jacket still hanging inside, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly inspected between guests. When we checked in, I specifically asked for a late checkout at 12:00 PM, and the front desk employee said that would be fine and that she would note it in the system. The next morning around 10:00 AM, I called the front desk to ask about our room charges and mentioned our late checkout. The employee then told me her manager said they were not allowing any late checkouts at all. I explained that we were told it was approved when we checked in, but it turned into back-and-forth confusion. In the end, we were told we still needed to leave at the regular checkout time. Overall, the staff was polite, and maintenance did respond quickly, but the cleanliness concerns, inconsistent communication, and checkout confusion made the stay frustrating. I hope management reviews these issues so future guests have a smoother experience.

  Check your bill! They added "amenity fee" charges after the fact that were not mentioned during the booking process. IHG corporate agreed these fees should not have been charged and neither I nor corporate could get an explanation from the hotel. Corporate recommended I dispute the charges, which I did (and won the dispute).

  The breakfast is meh 🫤, they didn’t have flour for the pancake machine (pancake machine broken was another excuse) only apples as fruit, no variety of yogurt. Cinnamon rolls old and hard as burned cookie…otherwise bedroom ok, coffee ok

  Loved our stay here at holiday inn! Came just for a day for a funeral and I really just had to write a review for the amazing front desk woman diane! She was an absolute pleasure, very kind and provided great service! Would definitely stay here again!

  To the lady at the front desk with brown hair and glasses. The way that you talked to me this morning was ridiculous. I only asked if there was late check out, you could’ve been nicer with your answer. Not to mention the eye roll on top of it. I wish I could see her name. We really needed the late check out since the grave side service got moved an hour later. Diane was phenomenal and she was so nice! Erica was great as well. The rooms were great minus the floors. They were pretty dirty in the bathroom. But we just wore sandals getting out of the shower. No problem there! Everything was up to date, amazing amenities. Like I said only issue we truly had was the front desk girl, who was extremely rude.
