    A little bit off the beaten path but for the $ better than expected. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

    Wi-Fi very bad disconnected every 5 hours. Hallway is pretty dirty. Coffee machine is broken. Pool close don’t work. Room is okay. one of the bad motels

    Room was clean but dated, same for bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Heater would kick in every couple minutes and was quite loud. Breakfast was good, with eggs, bacon, yogurt, waffles.

    The room was clean, including the bathroom. The internet was out during our stay. The coffee maker in the lobby was out of order. The ice machine on the first floor was not working. One of the side doors was inoperable. That being said, it is in a good location, there is breakfast (not a lot of you're gluten free) and it's clean.

    Went here and the first thing I said BEFORE I paid for a room was I like the wi-fi connection at BWP. It's usually pretty good. Paid for room, settled in... Wi-Fi WILL NOT connect. Won't even allow a password to be put in. Went to front desk, they claimed to restart the router (they didn't, the network never disappeared and re-appeared in the networks window of my device.) Any router, no matter how good, takes at least a couple minutes. So I was lied to in hopes of being placated. I still gave it a while in hopes it was being worked on, when it wasn't I went up front and asked for at least access to the conference room WiFi that seemed to at least allowed for the password to be put in. I was denied. Ok, last ditch effort. At least give me a discount as you have now claimed to know the Wi-Fi has been down ALL DAY AND YOU DIDN'T INFORM ANYONE IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTRY ESPECIALLY WHEN I STATED THAT WAS ONE OF MY MAIN REASONS FOR STAYING THERE. I was told I could be offered a 10 percent discount. Unacceptable. I counter offered with 100 percent in the form of a refund and now they can have fun not being able to rent that room out tonight for anyone AND not having ANY of my money. Thanks for nothing 0/10 will never recommend, this review will live forever.
