  We stayed here for two nights for a volleyball tournament and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was spotless. I really liked the location—it’s not directly on the beach, but it’s very close, and we especially enjoyed the partial ocean view. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

  Do not stay here unless you want them to steal your money. I had booked a reservation for a weekend here and my card I originally booked with was lost and I had a new card. They originally told me I would have to rebook and repay for a room since I had a new card and they could not change the card on file. Everyone I spoke to on staff down to their general manager was rude and they refused to refund me. So now I am out over $400 for a room I couldn’t ever check into even tho I paid for it! Never come here a bunch of scam and con artists.

  Having read the prior reviews, I was a little worried about my choice but I felt the need to write a great review because that was my experience. The rooms were clean, looked updated and had a great layout. The property states that they are a no vape, no smoking, no weed property, (which I love) but some of the sketchy guests violated that and you can tell when you walk the halls sometimes. (Again, not the hotels' fault.) The parking is cheap and great especially for the location. The breakfast was good enough and more than did the job for the price pt of the hotel. Some of the reviews talk about how lacking the breakfast was and I think those people are expecting a Four Seasons Hotel service on their budget. Also, there are tons of walkable cafes for breakfast if you'd like to go elsewhere. The service was, to me, top notch. Checked in at 4 pm with no issues. You can reach the front desk by phone, in person, or text. I had an issue with noise due to guests next door and they graciously moved me. I was nervous about asking and they were more than accommodating. The only negative was the loudness and rudeness of current guests staying there at all hours of the night, which, again, is not the hotel's fault. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended and I really appreciated the staff.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Their customer service really stood out and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options, and our room was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We traveled with our kids and our dog, and everything was accommodating and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a place that works so well for families and pets, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Overall, a great experience —we would definitely stay here again!

  I had a concerning experience during my stay at this hotel. After my first night, I woke up with multiple bites on my body, which raised concerns about the condition of the room. I reported it to the front desk, and while they did move me to a different room, no compensation or additional support was offered. I ended up staying through my reservation, but I chose not to extend my stay because I no longer felt comfortable. I understand that issues can happen, but situations like this should be handled with more care and accountability. I hope management takes concerns like this more seriously moving forward.
