    My wife recently stayed here and used there parking for her car and shuttle back and forth to the cruise port. They provided excellent customer support. I personally worked with them multiple times as her cruise return got changed due to weather. I called and personally talked with them multiple times. Then she later ended up staying on the ship for the next cruise. They graciously worked with us on all the changes. We definitely recommend them.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was hands-down the best hotel experience we’ve had in Virginia Beach. My husband and I stayed February 14–20 at Founders Inn and Spa, originally planning just a two-day Valentine’s getaway — and it turned into one of the most exceptional stays we’ve had in years. From check-in to check-out, every single staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating. We stayed in a King room in the Jamestown Lodge, and housekeeping checked in daily with incredible attentiveness. Even the smallest request was met with, “We’ll take care of that for you.” I truly felt cared for. Room service the first night — shrimp scampi, wings (so good!), Brussels sprouts, and salad — was fresh and absolutely delicious. The daily breakfast buffet at Swan Terrace was a highlight. The omelet station staff were personable, and most of the week we had the same waitress who remembered exactly how we liked our table arranged. She had it set up before we even asked. That level of attention is rare. I also noticed the kitchen staff washing their hands before cooking each time — professionalism matters. Jeanette at the front desk followed up on every question I had without my needing to ask. The spa can book quickly, but the team found two express treatments at the same time for my husband and me, even though they were otherwise full. The spa receptionists were warm and accommodating, and the massage technicians were excellent. I travel often and stay in many hotels. I have not received this caliber of service in years — and never to this degree in Hampton Roads. This is truly a five-star, business-friendly hotel with spa-level relaxation. The only small things I would note are the WiFi and the lack of a microwave in the room. The internet connection wasn’t just spotty — there were times with no service, very slow speeds, breaks in connectivity, and a few dead zones, which can be challenging if you’re working remotely. And for longer stays, having a microwave would be helpful for reheating leftovers or grabbing something quick between restaurant hours. Neither took away from our overall experience, but those two additions would make it absolutely flawless. We will absolutely be back as my business expands in the area. I may not remember every name, but I will always remember the warmth and welcome your team made us feel. Highly recommend.

    We booked a 4 night stay Feb 13th-16th. It was quite disappointing. The room sofa had stains & there was hair on the floor in front of the shower. The room heat was not working properly. The thermostat showed 65 degrees. We called Guest Services who did not pick up after 30 rings. We then called from outside number & call was picked up quickly. Maintenance staff came quickly as well & advised they knew of the problem & it had been corrected with heat to come within 30 minutes. Heat never came. We slept with our overcoats covering. We were not offered to move to another room. In the am thermostat showed 62 degrees. We checked out & canceled the remaining days. Front desks staff was kind, offered apologies & credited the stay. We moved to Crown Pointe Hotel & received excellent & warm services.

    Dated rooms with stains on carpet, loose faucet handles, and HVAC that did not work properly. Set thermostat to heat and 70 degrees before bed, only to wake up to a sauna in the middle of the night (81 degrees)!
