- AMAnnette MarieNov 11, 20255.0This was my first time coming here, it was a drive but worth it. Once arriving, the parking lot/garage is a bit tight getting in and out of. The hotel does not offer breakfast, the property also only charged HALF of the total cost in case you dont show up or change your mind. The hotel was very nice, in a great location there's a walgreens on the corner, beach behind the hotel, and several other activities to do and eat at. My room was very clean, I had a balcony which faced the ocean beautifully. I could hear the waves from my bedroom. For the price and the location of it I would take another trip here, staff was extremely pleasant, transparent, and nice.

Nice apartment size fridge. 2 large screen tvs with cable. Located close to stores and restaurants. The view of the ocean makes it great to wake up to. We have stayed in the past. Recommend SureStay beachfront when in the Va Beach area.

On arrival, the property was misrepresented: reception hidden in a garage, poor signage, narrow dirty hallways, slow elevator, noisy and hot. The bedroom was extremely small, and the bathroom too tiny to safely bathe a child. The “living room” was just an old, dirty sofa in a tiled space. I contacted the front desk and Booking.com, canceled the reservation the same day, and received no refund despite the misrepresentation. Avoid if traveling with children. 1★.
