  Love the view! Definitely had an amazing experience here. The staff was very nice. It was quiet and I got some much needed r&r, not to mention how clean it was!

  Watch yourself around the people who live there and also they charge you 100 deposit and you don't even know about until you check in which sucks for someone who booked online and came from Virginia Beach. Tenants there will lie just be sure you get your 100 dollar deposit back because people there will try and lie so you don't get your deposit back also our room fridge was broke TV didn't have a working remote even got a different one still didn't work and holes in the door I kniw placese can be like this but the price I felt on off season was too hi and to deal with B's after and denied a room because of a lie

  If you're headed for VA Beach, this is the place to stay. The rates are very fair for the location and LOW compared to neighboring properties. You are literally a 150 feet from the beach. The staff is dedicated and friendly. They have vending machines, washer and dryer, and a free continental breakfast that is well tended to with a good mix of bagels, pastries, cereals and more. I was even surprised to find a make your own waffle station. In the warmer months, they have a small but well maintained pool. And even in the winter months there are plenty of local restaurants to keep your palate interested. Give this Sure Stay property by Best Western a try, located at the thirty fifth block and Atlantic Avenue, not to be confused with the Sure Stay Studio, which is a separate property.

  Room is great for one without reservations so it's really good cheap and not nasty the only down side is the 10 safes in my room don't know what that's about I don't have that many valuables with me

  Stayed here at the beginning of June with my family. Halfway home, I get a call from the hotel saying that we left my kids nintendo switches (2) and a game case full of 24 games. I asked is it possible for them to ship it to me, they said yes. If they said no, I would have turned around and went to get them. After a month of calling them asking them to send it, they finally said they shipped it out. They provided no tracking information Or insurance information. Keep in mind this is almost $1,000 worth of things that could easily fit in a USPS priority shipping box that would cost like 20 bucks. A month goes by and I still haven't received it. So I decided to contact Best Western corporate, they say they're going to get in contact with the manager to see what's going on. Another week goes by contact them again and they say the same thing. Once a month I email them about my now believed stolen items and they give me the same sentence that they're reaching out to the manager. Now 6 months later, I log into my kids Nintendo accounts and see that someone is playing those switches and playing the games that we owned. I firmly believe that they did nothing. They probably just let them sit in the lost and found until a certain amount of time passed then someone just took them. Or even just stole them right away. I will never booked with a Best Western or any affiliate hotels again. They are untrustworthy. So instead of getting my kids new presents this year I had to sell a bunch of my stuff just to replace what they already had.
