  Other reviews here are not wrong, avoid this place. Where to begin. The common area hallways had carpet pulling up in multiple places. They had installed new carpet panels over old carpet. Only one elevator was operational, and it was in poor condition. The floor had soft spots, the walls were lined with vinyl flooring that appeared as a very bad DIY install and makes you wonder what other DIY jobs were done and maybe not safe. The emergency call button was broken, and a warning light was flashing on the outside panel. Throughout the property, windows were dirty and hallway doors had trim broken off and never replaced. The gardens were full of dead plants. Near the pool, sections of fencing were lying on the ground with screws pointing upward, and metal brackets embedded in concrete were marked only with a loose brick and easily to trip over if not looking, especially at night. From the upper floors, the roof of the main building was clearly visible and littered with garbage and construction debris. An exterior door along the sidewalk leading to what appeared to be a mechanical room for the elevators was being held shut with a rock. I was also able to walk into an unlocked mechanical room on the 6th floor. In my room, the shower floor had no non-slip grip, and my daughter and I both slipped when it got wet but luckily avoided a serious fall. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time. It appears they are renovating the hotel in as cheap a fashion as possible without competant contractors. With all the bad work visible, you have to wonder what the work you can’t see looks like and the safety of this hotel. If this is the standard Hilton allows at its properties, I’ll be seriously reconsidering staying at their hotels in the future.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  This place is nasty There’s weird black chunks in the hot water, there’s hair in the hallway, there’s random goo all over the elevator buttons…. Bro

  Nothing to write home about. Room was never cleaned before arrival with dirty clothes on the floor of the bathroom. A dog pooped on the floor and it took several hours for it to be cleaned. This place is a disgrace and unclean. The only person who was actually helpful was Jamie. She tried so hard to make things right, but it seemed like no one else cared.

  This hotel was incredibly disappointing. If you are a regular Hilton Hotel traveler, this one does not meet standards, you will need to adjust your expectations tremendously. The overall aesthetics were very DIY. Railings were not secure to walls, carpet was just placed on the floors and not secured, the bathroom door in our room had a peep hole as it was really a front door. The water in the bathroom shower came out orange (rust) to start, the sheets and towels had orange stains and there were several hairs in the clean towels and sheets. The breakfast bar leaves a lot to be desired when compared with other Hilton hotels complimentary breakfast. The elevators warning light and alarm went off during our entire stay leaving stairs as your safe option. Insulation is lacking and you hear everything in other rooms and chairs rolling across the floors. Parking as mentioned in other guests reviews, is across the street and leaves a lot to be desired mainly as it is poorly lit and you are instructed to park at the back.
