Starting at check in, we did not have a pleasant experience. First off, if you or someone you are staying with has mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Parking , including handicap, is diagonally across the street. The elevator are sketchy at best. The one doesn’t work. It is stuck in the 5th floor. The other works when it wants to. The buttons don’t work right, the 5th floor down button doesn’t work at all. The rooms are average. Has a mini fridge, no freezer, no microwave, nowhere to put additional things in the room. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was hair in the shower and on the floor. The “breakfast” has 5 items. Nothing hot other than a bagel if you toast it. The orange juice was watered down. The staff is not helpful, in fact rude upon check in. When I alerted them that the one elevator was not working I was told the lady at the desk didn’t work there. Then she changed it to it’s her first day and she was there by herself. No manager on duty until Monday. There is even a shattered window on the 5th floor in the hall. 10/10 we will never stay here again.

First i’d like to start by saying i’m highly disappointed the tub in my room was disgustingly dirty .. if the tub is gross that means the room wasn’t fully clean . Parking wasn’t free it was $10 which is crazy to me not to mention there’s only one parking spot per person my s/o had to pay $20 for parking . There were no complimentary cups in the room you had to leave out to get some. I am highly disgusted and disappointed .

This one will do for a single night stay. Location is great, beach front view all around. However, sketchy parking option in a parking garage across the road. Entering the hotel, it wreaked of cigarettes. Staff was not friendly at all, immediately argumentative. Upon entering room, it smelled of mildew. The room was small and fairly clean, but bathroom needed another look. Beds were AWFUL. I was in so much pain and could not sleep. Balcony door would not lock. Hotel in general looks like it’s very old and in need of significant repairs. One working elevator.

I stayed there recently and was disappointed at the lack of attention to detail and overall care for the customer experience.
The rooms were o.k. but there were problems:
- slow drains in the tub;
- no cups in the bathroom or sleeping area. (It's nice to be able to rinse when brushing your teeth);
- no coffee machine in the room;
- they have the large, soap dispensers in the shower and sink (which I really prefer) but the pumps didn't work (or there was no soap in them);
- no convenient plugs near the beds for charging phones, etc.;
- no free parking. It's $10. Just add it to the room price. I hate playing this add on game.
- there's very little room for your car at checkin and we ended up getting boxed in by someone who decided to block the driveway.
What really let me down is the fact that I called the hotel about a reservation question and asked, specifically, was there a true hot breakfast. "Oh of course. They put out eggs and bacon and things." Not.
The breakfast service included bagels, a couple of cereals (sorry, I don't do Captain Crunch or Fruit Loops) and some yoghurt and watered-down juice.
I don't expect Egges Benedict and an omelette bar, but this breakfast was really poor. More importantly, I have no patience for being lied to by an employee. Because of this, I'm taking away a star.
As a loyal Hilton customer I expect more, even in their lower end properties. Though it was clear that they have tried to spruce up the hotel, there's more to a hotel than a little paint and polish. There was little sparkle to this hotel.
I chose the hotel for this trip for a friend and was told, emphatically, that he's choosing the next hotel. That's embarrassing.
