    Hotel is ok. Stayed for 2 months. They are updating some things. Brand new locks on doors is a plus. Little thing could be hit though. All handles and some cabinet doors are loose. Being a mechanic I fixed the ones that I used most when I brought home a screwdriver. Maintenance won't let you use theirs nor will they tighten them. If you are an extended stay like I was no service on Fridays or Sundays. Housekeeping does run late. I got back many days at 330 and room wasnt done yet. Also housekeeping doesn't always announce that they are there. In the long run I was comfortable there. Most of the staff was great and helpful. Have pool and hot tub available year round. I would stay there again

    Bed Bugs Alert ‼️ Do not stay! I was laying in bed for less than an hour and the bed bugs came an attacked me in my face neck are arms. I was awake around 12:45 am and had to leave to find another hotel. I’m an Hilton honors member and I’m very disappointed about this. Now on Thanksgiving I’m itching, trying to find new clothes on the holiday, see my virtual doctor, get meds, and suffer. I have pictures and videos to prove. I will say the lady that checked me in was very nice and kind. They tried offering me another room but I could stay. Those bugs were live looking like roaches. They were huge.

    Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Great for families or group travel. Plenty of restaurant options near. Just off the interstate so quick access.

    I've stayed in a couple rooms over a month, and Management has failed to enforce consistency in anything. You might have cooking utensils, you might not. You might have a remote, you might not. I can count on one hand the mornings where breakfast was fully stocked and served, and if it was cooked properly was just as hit or miss. Your air unit MIGHT have a funky smell and black mold growing on it, your room MIGHT be cleaned properly, your door lock MIGHT work. The staff are all friendly and pleasant, but it is obvious that management/supervision of proper maintenance and operations is severely lacking. If you get lucky with a good room, you will love your stay.
