You might have a remote, you might not. I can count on one hand the mornings where breakfast was fully stocked and served, and if it was cooked properly was just as hit or miss. Your air unit MIGHT have a funky smell and black mold growing on it, your room MIGHT be cleaned properly, your door lock MIGHT work. The staff are all friendly and pleasant, but it is obvious that management/supervision of proper maintenance and operations is severely lacking. If you get lucky with a good room, you will love your stay.
