  The staff here treat you like family. They're so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked. The pool is great and warm. The breakfast is the only thing I didn't care for. There were lots of options, but the hot food was not great. But the coffee is great. Overall, this is a great hotel for a great price.

  I am knocking off a star due to THE POOL! FREEZING cold pool. Everything else was great. Breakfast was good (ends at 9 AM! Ooof. ), and rooms were super super clean and staff was awesome. Owners are responsible for setting breakfast hours and for the temp of the pool and that is classic penny pinching by the owners. Everyone else here working though was awesome.

  Awesome customer service. Breakfast was great, even though we showed up towards the end of breakfast it was fully stocked and the staff was exceptional! Very clean and super quite.

  Overall this is a nice hotel. Unfortunately Meghan at the front desk caused a major issue, and then proceeded to make it worse by showing up at my wife's job, doing business with my wife, and then requesting to speak to her manager, and making false accusations about my wife saying she was cussing at her and demanding money from the incident Meghan instigated at the hotel. I'm extremely disgusted by her behavior, and making up lies for apparently no reason. At no point in time was Meghan cursed at or threatened during our incident at the hotel, and the only reason I have her managers information is because Meghan gave me her card. My wife's business has cameras recording everything and can easily prove Megan's irresponsible behaviors and lies. I'm sure there are cameras at the front desk at the hotel as well, if management wants to pull video from my interaction with her. I was not out of line, raising my voice, or threatening in any way. I simply started i needed reimbursed for an expense. I would normally give 5 stars as the rest of the staff from cleaning crew, to breakfast team, and the rooms themselves are very nice. But Meghan dragged that rating down by herself with the initial incident costing me extra money and then making a false report. To show up and file a false complaint about someone is borderline stalking and extremely disturbing. Rebuttal to Home 2 site response: YES, Megan did approach my wife (not the other way around as you suggested) and filed a compliant about my wife to her boss and about the interaction with the supervisor. I'm sure BBW would be more than happy to share the camera interaction with you, but if you want employees like Megan representing your company, just let it slide. Yes there is a sign about box trucks in the parking lot. My last trip to your facility also included a box truck with no issues. The tow truck driver said he was told it had been there for days, when actually I only checked in late the night before. And I drove it the next morning into the afternoon. So I wasn't even checked in 24 hours and the truck had been moved. Megan's recommendation to park the truck on a school's property is reckless and doesn't solve anything if they decide to tow unwanted vehicles. Furthermore, Meghan said that Hone2suites did not have an agreement with the school to park on their property. It's sad that customers are treated this way, and I'm a repeat customer What I find more disturbing is Home2suites refusal to do any type of real research (other than asking the problem employee) into this disturbing situation with an employee you have a the face of your business at the front desk.

  My room was clean and spacious and there are plenty of clean towels and extra pillows and blankets in the room. The staff is helpful and friendly.
