  Loved the mini kitchen, but the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly..shower hair, toilet surprises, and wrinkly beds. We decided to leave early and go somewhere else.

  A typical US hotel - eateries nearby, a 7-11 and ma-hussive parking lot. The room is pretty good, lots of space with a handy kitchenette and fridge/freezer. Without a car or supermarket within walking distance, not much good...

  Up to date hotel, very clean overall. A bit on the high side for price, but includes many amenities so it's worth it. They even have a welcome greeting on the TV when you get there. The staff is professional and welcoming.

  Very happy that I picked this hotel, everything about it was excellent! Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The woman that was helping out with breakfast was fantastic and the girl named Meghan at the desk was very helpful. It's a very clean hotel! If we're ever in the area again I will definitely stay here again!

  Incident happened On January 15, 2026. I’m very disappointed at how I was treated from management. I booked a room and I checked out at 11 Am. I had every intention of booking another room, Unbeknownst to me there was a hold on my credit card due to fraudulent activity. I had to stay in the lobby to rectify the situation, which took awhile because I didn’t know my card was blocked. I was now trying to find other options. I had to decide if I was going to stay or leave. While I was waiting, I was smoking my vape management told me to stop. While I was waiting, I was smoking my vape. I was aware of it being an issue. Prior to the manager warning me, the staff didn’t say anything about the vape or they were too scared to approach me about. I thought I was fine. I have vape other places. As soon as the management told me to stop, I stopped vaping Immediately, and I apologized . A few minutes later, the manager tells me that if I don’t book the room within 20 minutes, she was going to ask me to leave. I’m from New York so I didn’t take that very well. I said a few choice words and the cops were called on me. I didn’t make any threats. I just said mean things. I couldn’t believe that I was being kicked out into the cold I guess I wasn’t wasn’t moving fast enough for them. The lobby was huge. I wasn’t bothering anybody, when they told me to stop vaping, I stopped. I stood in the cold Until the cops came. The cops helped me, Because because they understood the situation and they drove me to another hotel. Thank God, the police were kind to me. I’ll never forget it. I loved the hotel, but the staff disappointed me tremendously. The police told me that some establishments that are ran in the south, find vaping disrespectful. I was kicked out into the cold that wasn’t deserving of that type of punishment. And I was given 20 minutes when it would take way longer than that for me to fix my banking issue. I hate how I was treated. I will never come here again. The room was nice, but the manager was distasteful
