  I spend a lot of time traveling and stay in a number of hotels for that purpose. This Holiday inn is exceptional. The location, price, and service are excellent.Ahmad at the front desk goes above and beyond to be helpful. He does so with a friendly attitude. Thanks Ahmad, you make the stay even more pleasant.

  Great value for money! Rooms are a bit dated, and the hotel is showing its age, but it is very well maintained, clean, and well-suited for anyone's stay.

  Good location. The pool has a great design with being a lazy river. 3 stars though due to hot tub being broken for the entire stay and breakfast states 7am, but we were down at 7:15 with there only being 1 staff person stating others weren't in yet.

  We stayed here with the rest of our club for our kid's soccer tournament. Check-in was fine, but limited parking. The parking garage was adequate for the unloading and moving luggage. We got to our room and had to ask for a relocation. Dust everywhere from contractors repairing the ceiling, and roaches in the bathroom; with a smell of a room that hadn't been cleaned. Moved to a new room, needed some light bulbs but maintaience quickly fixed that. Balcony door was showing its age and hard to open. Room and beds were clean, people were mostly friendly, pools and amenities are showing age but not bad for the off season and a weekend soccer tournament. Biggest complaint was the phones. NO ONE ANSWERED ANYTHING. Front desk, housekeeping, restaurants, nothing!!! If you needed anything you had to go find someone. I'd definitely still stay again. But having to go find a person vs calling was a bit of a pain.

  Booked this hotel through booking.com. Wife and I came up from Myrtle Beach SC. Paid $115.00 a night for 2 nights. They young lady at check in was very polite and helpful. We got our room key and went up to check out the room. This is where it started to go downhill. We entered the room and first thing we noticed was how cold the room was. Thermostat was set to 64. So I turned the temperature up and went to open the balcony door. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and the glass was filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Balcony still has dirty cups sitting there from the previous occupants. This is when I really started to look around the rest of the room. Let's just say old and outdated. The pictures im going to post will show everything. Fast forward to that night and the next morning. A guest on the same floor and a few rooms down decided it would be a good idea to go out and smoke on her balcony. All of the smoke blew over into our room smelling up our room. We had to close our balcony door and open the hallway door to air out the smell. That morning I went down to the front desk to get new batteries for our TV remote that had died and let them know about the cigarette smoke. Let's just say that the young lady just did not care and really did not want to be at work. Poor attitude to say the least. I am an IHG member and have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the United States. I think it is very important for people to write reviews on these different hotel locations so to help others know what to expect ahead of time. This hotel is in need of better training, maintenance and remodeling. As you can see in my other reviews I always try stay objective and honest. We will not book this hotel again.
