  Drove 4 hours and didn't get the room I made reservations for! And they wouldn't make it right! Poor communication, kept hanging up on me!

  I'm going to leave it simple.Our room wasn't ready until 6pm .We sat in the parking lot for two hours waiting because they said it'd be 10 minutes.They called at 6pm to say our room was ready inconveniently at the same time we had dinner reservations.We had to get ready in our truck,from there on our Valentine's Day date was ruined. I wasn't going to leave a negative review because the staff was friendly and I thought corporate was going to make it up to us...They gave us 10,000 points to use and when I tried to book a room just now it's basically the same price if I don't use the points.... Ex :A room in Chattanooga is $189 per night.When I add my 10,000 points it's $179 + my 10,000 points ! So what did I get a $10 voucher for the $250 I wasted on a room that nightnoe they want me to build 100,000 points staying at there hotels for a free room after this experience? It's really sad businesses treat customers this way! No excuses!What you have short staff?So hire temp work on holidays?

  Even though the room was nice and spacious the shower was full of mold. For the price of a room for 1 night in Jan thru booking.com room 606 at 190.00 the rooms should be clean. The room was under my daughters name if you would like further infor. I can provide it to you thru a private email..I come down here for a Dr appt for allergies alpha gal and other issues. They were having a track meet/game so the rooms were jacked up in price which I think is wrong but I guess that's why I don't own a motel. Anyway try to use nonscented soap lotions shampoos etc. People with sever allergies can react fast. Especially being fume reactive. When you ask staff and they say oh yeah the environment is safe then you arrive to perfumes molds etc. Please educate your staff on things like this.it may help save a life. Right now my allergies are so bad I carry a epi pen with me everywhere I go. I can say it was nice to see turkey sausage yogurt that was alpha gal and lactose friendly.

  Had a great stay for a getaway weekend. Staff was quite friendly and helpful, enjoyed the view of the ocean and listening to the waves crash in at night. Even saw the horses on our last day there and now we are planning a trip back to include beach horseback riding. Bed was extremely comfortable, which is hard to find in a hotel with having back problems and a spinal fusion.
