  This is the worst Hilton first front desk her name princess check us in. She was very rude no welcoming not saying nothing checked in on a room. We left the following day at the checkout time. Forget my neck pillow try to call them. They say I have to speak to security then the following day they’re trying to tell me I need to go to a website to Claim it. Be careful with that location. There are the worst Customer Service ever I will never stay again in that location even I’m a Hilton honor member. very lazy workers

  We definitely have a great experience, we visited since we were there for an appointment with HGV and this one was definitely well located for that. For us the only downside was some things in the room need to be updated and some drawers for the dressers were not working properly (no matter what we did some continue opening). Service was AMAZING!!!! We discovered we are not a big fan of the locked off doors, it is kind of uncomfortable every time going in or out of the room. Inside pool was amazing and even the water temperature was good and outside was snowing 😳. I need to say the coffee provided in the rooms was super delicious, I wish I remember the name of the coffee because I will buy it from anywhere 😃. We will definitely go back when we plan our next visit to Virginia Beach.

  The sole redeeming feature of this establishment is the breathtaking view of the beach. However, upon further inspection, I must admit that I was disappointed with the overall experience. While I have stayed in numerous Hilton hotels over the past two decades, and not all of them have met my expectations, this particular location fell significantly short. Upon arrival, I noticed that the staff at the front desk appeared to be overwhelmed, possibly due to an event taking place over the weekend. While the person in the parking garage was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, the front desk staff could benefit from improved customer service skills. Regarding the room, we were located on the eighth floor and had a single King-sized bed. I was pleased to find a comfortable chair, as I often get up early to watch the ships come and go. However, the room had several issues that warranted attention. Firstly, the carpet had a large hole in it. Secondly, the heater/air conditioning unit had a broken door. Thirdly, the shower was infested with black mold. Fourthly, the windows had fingerprints on them. Fifthly, the lamps had marks on them. Sixthly, an outlet was broken, exposing live prongs. Seventhly, the sheetrock was chipped. Eighthly, the carpet was frayed. Ninthly, there were rust stains on the bathroom tiles. Lastly, the wall adjacent to the bed had an unknown substance on it.   Beautiful experience from check-in to checkout. Shanna at the desk was amazing and super helpful. Every staff member encountered was friendly. Spent the weekend there for a gymnastics competition, it’s conveniently located near the convention center. Easy parking garage with a sky bridge for easy access to the hotel. Beach view recommended, my daughter’s favorite part. Room was very clean and if you need anything during your stay it’s brought to you right away. Restaurants breakfast was also pretty good and had great staff. We’d stay again if competitions bring us this way.
