Candace at the front desk was extremely helpful and very accommodating getting us into the room preference that we were hoping for. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable and the atmosphere is great. We went down to Catch31 for apps and drinks and even there the bar staff was incredible. We frequent the area and have been trying to find a place that makes us want to come back and between the customer service that Candace provided and just the overall experience of our stay, I think we have finally found our hotel.
