Anything we needed, we called the front desk as Vivian made it happen! The rooms were clean and neat. I had a 1 bedroom with a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a jacuzzi. There is also a restaurant, Gym, laundry facility, and more on the property! We checked out and yes, Vivian checked us out. Thank you Vivian for an incredible stay! Ocean Beach Club Resort, you earned your 5 star review! Must stay here!

Not happy that housekeeping doesn't know what a clean room should smell like. Ionizers can work wonders. I'm buying something myself. Stinks. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are just horrible. Day 2: Welp, I can't leave the balcony door open either to help with odor. People are smoking weed on the balconies. I reported it. They don't care. Non-smoking hotel, security lets them do what they want. It billows into the rooms when your AC is on. I had to keep cutting it off and even that didn't help much. I am here often on business with a major IT organization. I will not be back to this hotel. I can't sleep and get huge headaches in the presence of marijuana. I also cannot go into my meetings smelling like I'm smoking weed. Enough is enough. I will not be back and will not be recommending this hotel to others on my team or my friends and family for vacation. Disgusting. I had to place the trash outside the door as housekeeping hasn't come by. Day 3: Dude is still smoking marijuana on the balcony. Same room, same guy. Day 3: People smoking cigarettes on the balcony. No coffee replenished. This hotel's attention to detail is just horrible.

Valet parking was slow and the day I left I was told the Valet doesn't work at night and I had to walk a block to get my own car at 5am in 35 degree weather 4. the air condition/heating system in the room was very loud 5. I had no hot water. The water in the shower was barely warm, i complained on Thursday am and Thursday night I had hot water then 3-4 minutes into my shower it quit again. 6. the rooms are small. 7. no housekeeping ever came 8. I left a day early I am a diamond member and stay at Hilton properties often, i have never complained before but this was all just too much.
