  Disappointing Valet Service and Poor Customer Care I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was beyond frustrating and unacceptable for a property that charges for valet service. Upon arrival, there was no valet attendant in sight. I waited nearly an hour before anyone came to take my car. After a long day of travel, this was not the welcome I expected. Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. The following day, when I returned from work, there was again no one available to valet my car. I went inside and down to the valet area three separate times, even knocking on the doors to try to get someone’s attention. Eventually, I was told to mention the issue to the front desk. Later that night—close to midnight—I was woken up by a call from the hotel asking me to bring down my keys. When I tried to explain the earlier situation, the front desk staff hung up on me. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told that if no valet staff were present, I simply had to “wait until they’re available.” I found this response completely unprofessional. If I am paying for valet service, I should not have to track down staff or be inconvenienced at all hours to hand over my keys. Overall, the lack of organization, accountability, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and provides better training and staffing so that future guests do not have the same experiences

  The best part about this “resort” is the pizza place across the street. Do Not Stay here! The staff is incompetent, and extremely slow. Our room was not ready at check in, yet people arriving after us, walked in and were accommodated immediately. We weren’t even mad at that part. It was when we finally got to the room. The room had so many issues they had to change us to a different room. We were told by maintenance that room shouldn’t have been used at all. So what exactly were we waiting for..? The staff claimed the new room was an upgrade but it was much smaller than what we paid for, and the door hinge as broken. You had to hit it with your shoulder to push it open. THIS is NOT what we PAID for! We literally cut our vacation and checked out the next morning. The kicker…. They Charge Us an Upgrade Fee!! Never again!

  We absolutely loved our stay here last weekend. The staff were so amazing and really went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday memorable. Our room was top notch. This was our best Hilton experience ever and we'll definitely be back.

  A pay for ocean view. room and they gave me city view. Service so slow. On everything. Plus they charge me 200 dollars for extra each room. Plus !¿ fifty eight dollars for service room i am supposed a pay for everything. Already. I'll pay a fee on the application and when I arrive to the hotel they charge me more.58 dollars

  Staff were lovely and professional. Hotel overall is clean and in decent shape. However, my "Ocean View Suite" was positioned on the main street and I could only barely see the ocean. If you lean over the rail and crane your neck, you can just catch a hint of a glimpse of the water. Should call it "Ocean Glimpse Suite". I asked front desk about it and they didn't offer to change the room. I'm here on business so not a big deal for a few nights, but if I had brought my family, would be a deal breaker. Be aware.
