    Not top tier but definitely an enjoyable family experience. We stayed here when it was still cold(around March) and the family enjoyed the heated outdoor and indoor pools. Room was comfortable and staff was great.

    No tv. No food. Nothing. Terrible service. They said they have a different set of standards and that doesn’t include more than two tv channels or smart tv, whack place!

    This place is beautiful. Super clean, Super friendly staff, Right on the water. It has a total of 4 pools with 2 being outside and one of them is heated. Great ocean views. I highly recommend this place.

    For a last minute Valentine's Day staycation we stayed here. The room was nice enough although the "Ocean View" description is kind a stretch. The room was on the corner closest to the main road of the beach and to see the beach you had to stick your head out and look down the alley between the two buildings. The outside noise and the noise from above was a bit of a letdown. Being a Hilton property they could have upgraded the windows to be a bit more noise friendly. The bathrooms' tub while may be convenient for families, could have been an upgraded shower situation and made to provide a better experience. The hot water for the shower takes some time to warm up which doesn't help their claim of being environmentally friendly while vacationing. This is the second Hilton property that did not provide sanitary wipes for the remotes. Also the televisions in the suite need an upgrade. It did not allow to access any apps which means no Netflix or any other service could be accessed from the television, it relies on your phone to cast. We were not provided concierge assistance upon arrival and the drop off area is lacking in organization. As no one is there to direct guests on where to park and how to ease the flow of traffic. Parking is a two-ish block walk to a garage that is shared by multiple properties. Our first night we ended up parking on the 6th floor and our second night we got to park on the 3rd floor. Overall the stay was nice. The adults only pool and jacuzzi area was a nice touch for those traveling without children. The pool area was nice and well maintained. The elevators are also well maintained and run at a decent speed so you don't feel as though you are waiting forever. The cleanliness of the hotel was good and we had little complaints for that part of our stay.
