  Great Hotel if broke/no money or hiding out; they never ask to see a credit card or a CVC number. Buy numbers online, Someone else pays (not knowing), easy.

  I came just for one night to treat myself. I live in VB but haven’t had a good nights sleep due to sleeping on a couch at home. My body was sore and I wanted to rest in the hot tub and enjoy a nice sleep. The bed was nice, but I was reeeeallly disappointed when I discovered the “hot tub” was colder than the pool that it is attached to. I searched multiple hotels before picking this one and thought there was no way that the hot tub would be crappy at this hotel. It may seem silly, but it really did spoil my night and I may as well just have stayed home and watched tv there.

  This is the 1st time at a Hilton Vacation Club Resort. And my last. Had I known about the additional charges I would of selected a Marriott. They charged me an additional $25.00 per day +tax total of $201.50. (See pic) I never had these upcharges ever. I have stayed in many Resorts in the United States also in Spain, France.... Mariquita at the front desk gave my a math lesson as to prove the charges are correct. She handed me a card (see pic) that explains those charges. My friend came to stay with me for 4 days and I was expecting to pay for parking a prorated of $75.00. for her car. They charged me an additional $69.00 + $48.59 for 4 day stay. I was credit $86.25 for the malfunctioning tub (see pic) I was texted by Kianah because I gave Hilton Vacation Club Resort a 1 when I responded to the "How is your stay going" text. We spoke on the phone and she offered to only credit me for the faulty tub. I did explain to her that I paid for a Resort stay, a change of Resort fee and a transfer fee. (See pic) Johnathan reached out to me left me a voicemail. I have called him back but was unable to get in touch with him. The bottom line for me is I will not do a resort exchange again with the Hilton Vacation Club Resort because of the additional. Charges.

  We came in the first couple days of December. So we had off season pricing. We got an ocean side ocean view room with a balcony and a single king bed. The view was incredible. The sunrise in the morning was spectacular. We were able to sit in bed with the sliding door open and watch the entire sunrise. This was the highlight of the room. The only problem we had was a shower that kinda leaked onto the bathroom floor. A pile of towels on the floor was what we had to deal with,no biggie tho. We had a small kitchenette in our room as well. It was handy especially with the full size coffee pot. To me a full size coffee pot is a great feature. The balcony was relatively private. We could hear neighbors but could not see them. The sister hotel definitely had the better pool with a hotub.
