Valet is unbelievably nice. They go above and beyond. I liked the bar/restaurant inside the hotel. The view from our hotel room was beautiful. My son’s absolutely enjoyed it. The breakfast was amazing. We loved everything about our stay. The only thing that I would add to this that I gave four stars for was the pool area was not great. It was super cold. Going inside to swim. There was dirt all over the swimming pool all over the bottom of the swimming pool nothing had been really maintained in the swimming pool area.

Front desk staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The valet was great as well! This has been my favorite hotel to stay at by far & can’t wait to come obtain! Also- the pool is relaxing, quiet & well kept. Loved it!
- LWLo WoodDec 15, 20253.0At first check in we arrived late and absolutely no one was at the front desk .I had to go look for her in the bathroom and it took her another 10 minutes to come out ..our room was with out heat the first 3 days they did move is to a heated room and I will say Alfonso on the morning shift was extremely helpful ..he is a pleasure to talk with and took care of the issues ..after that out stay was very nice ..I do think the linens could be better but aside it was nice
