- KTKat TFeb 25, 20264.0Directly on the beach, close to king Neptune statue, with plenty of shops, and restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean and relatively quiet. Appreciate the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower, would have been nice if there was actually conditioner in it though. Worked overnight, so didn't really appreciate Jessica calling at 10:00 am to try to get us to come see her for a sales pitch in the lobby.

- MFMitch FessendenFeb 4, 20265.0Top notch customer service, the woman Alexia at the front desk is super nice and I whole reason I booked this room the second time was because of her and how clean and well presented the breakfast area was. I asked the guy that runs the breakfast area his name and he said Abony, when I complimented him he was very humble. The beds are super comfortable and I highly recommend this place. Plus when I leave in the morning the person at the desk named MiMi is super nice and makes me feel welcomed as well

The exceptional courtesy and care of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Two individuals I want to give special accolades to are Mimi DeSantis and Carl Randle. These two gave my grandchildren and I exceptional kindness and care.
