    The deposit was not able to be taken off the card on file, because it was a virtual card. The dude then sent me out to get a Visa card that would work, which still didn’t. I spent 2+hr trying to check in before I was forced to sleep in my car. This was a business trip for my photoshoot in which I had to reschedule, and pay for an Airbnb my remaining days there.The third party requested a refund from the property which they refused to cancel. The hotel manager is just as young as me, and very unprofessional. There has been multiple incidents where people are eligible for refund, but the hotel keeps their money or doesn’t process their refund. The police was called on me, and I was banned from the property, after the manager realized I wasn’t a child that she was trying to bully and follow to my car. Even as of 11/17/25 the reservation is still open, and unable to get a refund. The pictures are not accurate to the inside, hotel has bugs, mold, mildew smell, dirty carpet etc. This hotel needs to be investigated and I suggest spending your money elsewhere.

    This was a very nice stop, the receptionist lady was very nice and helpful as we were checking in. We were talking about where we were going to eat, and she was nice enough to help and recommend certain places that were close. She also mentioned that parking can be tough with bigger trucks so she mentioned maybe we could just walk and we decided ona place nearby. The rooms were nice and clean and the location is very perfect for going straight to the ocean and enjoying the wonderful breeze and ocean sounds.

    Bree was the wonderful young woman who checked us in she was the biggest help that we have had. She made her stay absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to help us during our check-in process and let me just tell you that was chaotic because IHG had messed up our reservations and she took the time to get it straightened out only to be met with criticism by the IHG individual through their customer service line even though she was doing her job, they tried to make it out to be something that she was doing wrong if IHG is going to place rules down on check-in, then they cannot get mad at the staff of the hotel for following their procedures and protocols and the lady from IHG that was on the phone with Bree Was completely and totally unprofessional and just write down rude other than that Bree was then able to finally get us checked in got all of our children some cookies and made what was the start of an unpleasant situation and into something that was really beautiful and I can’t thank her enough. We need more people like her that are willing to stand up and do what’s right for the customer even if it means that they’re taking a downfall from another customer service individual that obviously didn’t know how to do their job! So Bree Thank you for making everything perfect for our daughter‘s wedding. Thank you for taking the extra time out and going the extra mile to make sure that your customers were taken care of and know that you are sincerely appreciated.!!
