  Five star staff at Embassy suites by Hilton Virginia Beach oceanfront resort Upon arriving at the hotel, it seemed that there might be an issue with our booking. We had booked using a third-party site. However, the staff starting with Jonathon and Julie (who is a trainee but carried herself very professionally and with confidence, didn’t seem like a trainee). They enlisted the help of Sakita. All three of them worked well together and solved the third-party booking issue They are doing an outstanding job and well appreciated. The housekeeping staff is doing an excellent job as well the hotel and the rooms are very clean. The accommodations are extremely nice and we would recommend staying at this resort! The only change we will make is to book direct!

  Sydni and Sakita were amazing!! When I arrived at the Embassy Suites in Virginia Beach, Sydni informed me that my room was ready and was extremely helpful with me preparing the room for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. She also informed me of my Hilton Rewards program, in which I had forgotten about lol, so I was able to earn points for my stay!! The overall staff there was very accommodating, and very friendly. I would recommend this property to all friends and family members…..even strangers! Thanks guys, and I promise this will not be my 1st and/or last stay!

  Suites and My wife and I, along with my M-I-L stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort 16-19 Jan and had an outstanding stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the Manager, Ms Sydni Gailyard, went out of her way to ensure all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool obviously well maintained. There were plenty of resort activities to choose from. Strongly recommend it as a place to stay if you are visiting the Virginia Beach oceanfront.

  The staff here are very friendly, the rooms very well equipped and updated. My room had a nice view of the beach ⛱️😊 I hope I can come back here in the summer time. My only complaint is the late breakfast start time. I usually have to travel for work and that means leaving the hotel no later than 7:30 am. The breakfast doesn't open until 7:30 am. And they don't have Togo boxes ready, so the first day I had to leave early I didn't get breakfast and ended up running through a Starbucks to eat something on my way in.

  From the moment you step into the Embassy Suites by Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, it feels less like a hotel and more like a well-deserved victory lap. This place absolutely gets it! First of all: Props must go out to the amazing Front desk Manager Ms. Sydni. From the moment we checked in with Ms. Sydni, I knew our experience would be one to remember. She was beyond amazing in telling us the layout of the land, the best places to shop and where to go to meet whatever craving came to mind. I was truly impressed with her general knowledge of the area and her personality and charm are definitely what will keep us coming back. As for the rooms, the suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and actually functional—perfect for families, couples, or anyone who enjoys spreading out and pretending they live at the beach. Everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with that upscale-but-relaxed vibe Embassy Suites does so well. Now let’s talk about the free made-to-order breakfast, because it deserves its own paragraph. Omelets cooked exactly how you want them, fresh fruit, hot options, and enough coffee to fuel a full day of beach, boardwalk, and bliss. It’s not just “good for a hotel breakfast”—it’s genuinely excellent. The resort also offers a fantastic lineup of events and classes exclusively for guests. I took my daughter to a magical meet-and-greet with a mermaid, then treated myself and my sweetheart to one of their Paint and Sip classes—such a fun and relaxing experience. From Meditation and Mimosas to hands-on charcuterie board workshops, the variety of activities truly caters to all ages and interests. There’s genuinely something for everyone. The evening reception is another standout. Complimentary drinks, snacks, and a chill atmosphere where you can unwind after a day in the sun? Chef’s kiss. 🍸 The staff is the real secret weapon here. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, they make you feel welcome without being overbearing. You get the sense they actually care whether you’re having a great stay—and it shows. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. Right on the oceanfront, steps from the beach, close to restaurants and attractions, yet still peaceful enough to relax. It’s the best of Virginia Beach in one perfect spot. Bottom line: If you’re coming to Virginia Beach and not staying here, you’re doing it wrong. This hotel delivers comfort, views, service, and atmosphere in a way that makes you start planning your return before you’ve even checked out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — and honestly, I’d give it six if I could.
