Angela the housekeeping and Nicole, Kaitlyn waitresses and the restaurant manager made my celebration weekend stay memorable. Over the top accommodation, courtesy and Attentiveness. My husband & I will be making this our new weekend getaway spot. I love the multi access between hotels. The free shuttle service. The live entertainment, All of the information given at check in. Parking access. The ambiance of the hotel. The warm water indoor pool in the fall/winter season. The complimentary that was given. The room was so clean and spacious. Affordable. The safety of the hotel guest top tier! Just an amazing weekend. So glad we chose this hotel. Thank you Embassy Staff!

Our entrees included the crab cakes which were very good. We also had the fried shrimp which was perhaps the best that we have ever had. The key to this meal was the in-house made batter coating which was light and crisp. For dessert we had the creme brulee cheesecake which was also worthwhile. Our server was Justice and they took excellent care of us and provide a great attentive service.

I have to give a special shout-out to three incredible team members: Jonathan at the front desk, Damien in security, and Justice, our server. From the moment I arrived, Jonathan and Damien went above and beyond to help me with parking and make me feel completely welcomed. By the end of my stay, they had practically adopted me into their family—I’m convinced they’re my new extended cousins now! Their warmth, patience, and genuine kindness made such a difference during a busy conference week. Justice was also an absolute pleasure. Attentive, friendly, and professional, they made every interaction easy and enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and nicely put together. My only note is that the beds were a little uncomfortable—but honestly, the amazing staff more than made up for it. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’d happily stay again!

The entire team was engaged in the customer experience and that's what hospitality is all about. Clean ans spacious rooms and great food in all of the available restaurants.
