    Almost all of the front staff is very polite and very nice. If hot water is important, I would find another place to stay. I couldn’t crack the code of turning the sink on at the right temperature that would make hot water in the shower per Mrs. V’s instructions.

    Had an awesome weekend stay. Excellent customer service, especially from the customer service representative Manjusha—she was extremely helpful and professional. Also, the in-house restaurant was very nice and convenient.

    Rooms and facility was clean and fresh. The elevators take forever as there are only 3 for a very large building. The beds are super soft without a lot of back support, and the water pressure for the shower was crazy low.

    I arrived and stayed here for business. Check in was easy and quick. What I thought could be better, are the beds. They are not that comfortable, very low to the ground and the mattress felt flat and thin. But I slept okay. I want to give a huge thank you to the Front Desk Agent “IVY” she was amazing and helped me order food for room service when I was not able to reach the kitchen! She was really awesome! One other thing that could be better are the shower curtains, they did not close properly due to the curved shower pole. So the curtain did not close on either side. Also paying for parking was not ideal when a lot of other hotels are free to park, so I’m not sure why they charge. I probably will stay here again. My stay was satisfactory all because of Ms. Ivy!! Hopefully I see her again on my next visit.
