Ms. V and PJ were wonderful. Despite dealing with network issues for multiple days, they worked with patience and kindness to attend to all of the guests that were waiting to be checked in. It was an understandably frustrating situation for them, but they were still respectful and apologetic as they greeted each guest. Thankful for them and their great service!

Pros: nice staff, clean, good location for conference center, affordable rates, bed was fairly comfortable, hot water pressure was strong on 12th floor, mini fridge in room plus you can ask for a microwave if you have a week long stay.
Cons: NOISE - the room doors cannot be closed from the outside without slamming, so it's a non-stop symphony of door slamming every morning and night, thin walls so you can hear everything going on in the rooms and hall next to you (people talking on the phone, singing, the tvs, kids yelling), the military jets constantly flying over from the air base at all hours are super loud, it's pet friendly so you will likely hear dogs barking throughout the night - I had to wear ear plugs to get uninterrupted sleep each night.
I would only stay here again if I was visiting for a conference or an event nearby. Not a great choice if you are sensitive to noise and looking to relax.

Everybody at this location was very friendly and professional. The problem is my bathroom wasn’t very clean and the water pressure was like nonexistent not to mention would not get hot.

The hotel is older. I had a couple issues with my room which included bugs, stains on the carpet, and dried up pee underneath the sink and the bathroom, which I am assuming came from an animal. Housekeeping did come to my room, but he grabbed a rag & ran water over it and wiped the floor without any cleaning products. I will not be returning.

Easily one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. No laundry facilities, no business center, no wifi, and poor unkept amenities. Water takes about 10 minutes to heat for anything. They closed off the guest parking lot twice during my stay for events at the bar. Breakfast at their restaurant is going to cost you upwards of $20 per person if you choose to go, never did. This really feels like a decent restaurant with a hotel attached. If you're looking for a comfortable stay longer than a couple days, I recommend any of the other hotels in the area.
