- RGRicky GonzalezDec 31, 20255.0I arrived and stayed here for business. Check in was easy and quick. What I thought could be better, are the beds. They are not that comfortable, very low to the ground and the mattress felt flat and thin. But I slept okay. I want to give a huge thank you to the Front Desk Agent “IVY” she was amazing and helped me order food for room service when I was not able to reach the kitchen! She was really awesome! One other thing that could be better are the shower curtains, they did not close properly due to the curved shower pole. So the curtain did not close on either side. Also paying for parking was not ideal when a lot of other hotels are free to park, so I’m not sure why they charge. I probably will stay here again. My stay was satisfactory all because of Ms. Ivy!! Hopefully I see her again on my next visit.

We would stay here again if we come to Virginia Beach! The staff was extremely helpful. Venus helped us extend our stay and keep us in the same room, which we greatly appreciated. We had an issue being woken up at 1AM due to an adult party in the next room, Eric at the front desk handled immediately! All the staff was extremely helpful and extraordinarily friendly. Beds were comfortable and restaurant food was good. Hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. All around a very positive experience.

- CCCandaceDec 12, 20251.0Make sure they don’t scam you out of money. We PAID to park here for an event and almost had our truck towed. To make matters worse, we were literally instructed to park here. Fortunately, my husband went outside for something unrelated and saw what they were doing. The hotel staff said, “if they tow your vehicle and you paid, you will get it back”. They would have damaged the truck had they towed it, because it can’t be towed the way they were towing. I feel so bad for anyone who had to deal with this and hope they take it up the chain.
