Great rooms, amazing kitchen with the stove. Was not expecting to look like a mini kitchen size room. Everything was spot on, the day manager was non social but that's fine it was early. The custodian staff was very friendly.

The property stank of weed. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The room smelled fresher than the hallway. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The tub faucet was wonky and guessing how to get hot water and how to turn it off was interesting. The bathroom door was not installed correctly and stuck when you tried to close it. It looks like it was busted (punched) and then repaired. Guessing whoever had to pay for the broken door originally wouldn’t know that the hotel was going to spackle and paint to fix instead of replacing. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked through a third party that lied to us about being in the first floor and having a king size bed. Neither of those were options when we arrived.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here! I was there for a week, and I didn’t come across a single employee who wasn’t kind and friendly, and they were fantastic all-around! They set the bar high. We were traveling with pets, so the pet accommodation was a big deal for us. I’m assuming we got a pet-friendly room, but I could tell they did a good cleaning after previous pet guests, as there were no signs of pets in the room. I was also so pleased that they gave us a room on the first floor when I asked for it at check-in. The process of checking in and out was smooth and easy. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was a queen suite with a full-sized refrigerator, countertop range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, utensils, etc. The bathroom included full sized bottles of Dove Daily Moisture shampoo and conditioner and Dove handwash, plus a hairdryer. There’s plenty of space outside to walk your pets, plus a pet cleanup station. There’s also a patio with a grill in the back, and the staff even hosted a burger and hotdog cookout one night and socialized with guests. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area, especially if you have pets.
I’d also like to add that they have a gym, self service laundry, and a selection of snacks and essentials available for purchase
