- SSSaravanan SDec 30, 20254.0Old resort, so don't expect things to be new. Its clean but doesn't feel luxurious. Their rooms were of good size. We needed a 2 bedroom and they had an option of two adjacent rooms behind a door which worked out perfect for us. Getting a 2 bedroom option with a really good ocean view for both rooms is really awesome.
- SSSam SDec 29, 20253.0The rooms are very nice and renovated but the elevators, one was broke down for the 6 days we stayed here! The cleaning supplies smell is very strong next to the elevators and the hallways, the garages need renovation also the stairs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The chlorine smell was very strong at the swimming pool. Location is amazing.

- YYYvonneNov 25, 20251.0Checked in and was giving a room that was dirty and someone else was in it. I had 3 other guest with me who also witnessed this!!! As we was walking down to desk a lady in hallway asked for our key to get her upstairs. Marijuana smelled filled the hallways. Also resort said it was impossible to get in at night. Came back in the evening and door was set to were the lock was a jam and it was open. I asked for our money back cause I was travelling with my elderly father and they gave me a huge run around! Saying I needed to go through Expedia. I called Expedia and they said the resort handles money back. Manager said she upgraded our room but What I got was a Upgrade I already paid for. We stayed at the Capes prior and I wish I would have never moved....... I would not stay at the resort. My elderly father didnt get sleep cause he was concerned with people walking in. Don't stay here . They also charge a resort fee per night!!!!!
