I had never heard of Dayuse before, but when I booked on Thursday, the representative I spoke with was wonderful — kind, patient, and thorough in answering all my questions. However, my experience this morning (10/4/25) was the complete opposite. I called to confirm that the credit card authorization form had been received and processed, since I am managing this event remotely. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly short, dismissive, and hung up on me mid-conversation. As an Operations Manager, I was stunned by such unprofessional behavior. Hanging up on a guest is unacceptable. I sincerely hope his manager sees this review and uses it as a coaching opportunity — the representative I initially spoke with could teach an excellent lesson in customer service.
