Julianne and Yal at the front desk were very caring! The restaurant was so accommodative to our requests as we are vegetarians. The rooms were nice and clean and the location was beautiful! Would highly reccomend staying at the hotel!

My recent stay at the Watermark Hotel was very disappointing compared to my previous experience. I booked this stay for my anniversary weekend, arriving Friday night, and immediately noticed that the room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, the mirror light was not working, and there was visible dust throughout the room. When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that the “Love in the Air” package could not be transferred to another room. Because of this, I felt stuck and decided to remain in the room despite the conditions. The following day, in better lighting, I realized the issues were even more extensive. The living area was also not properly cleaned, there was tape left on the walls, and balloon strings were hanging from the ceiling—clearly leftover from a previous guest. At checkout, I reported these issues again and was told that a manager would be contacting me. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. This experience was unacceptable, especially for a special occasion like an anniversary. Based on this stay, I am very unlikely to return and will be considering other hotels in the future.

I came for a work trip and LOVED the rooms. Loved the vibe, everything was so comfortable, and I dont splurge on hotels when I'm traveling personally, so it was definitely fun to stay somewhere nicer. I will say, I know our event planner had some issues and there was a staff member who seemed very annoyed at us just existing, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, but overall I had a great stay

Was here for a night and called last week to inquire about something precious to me lost. I left a voicemail with house keeping and never heard back. Left my name, room number, phone number and everything. So sad no one reached out to me even to confirm if they did not find anything. It’s recommended to not bring anything you can lose to this hotel. Or maybe just don’t stay here in general. Even though they claim to have a lost and found, they don’t act upon it. I am so disappointed and sad. Edit: after below response I was reached out to by Maria. She coordinated with me to schedule a pick up for my earrings. Thank you. Changing my review from 2 stars to 4.

I had a bit of an issue during my stay, but what really stood out was how well the team handled it. The manager, Bernadett Perry, did an excellent job with service recovery and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. It’s always impressive when a hotel takes concerns seriously and works to make things right. I also want to highlight Jasmine and Lelia at the front desk. They were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made the check out and follow-up process smooth and were welcoming when I passed through the lobby. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, and in a semi-convenient location. One thing I appreciated was how close it is to a grocery store, which made grabbing snacks or anything I needed during the stay really easy. Overall, the staff really made the difference here. When issues arise, how a hotel responds says a lot, and this team did a great job turning the experience around.
