We waited for a several minutes while she composed herself, I suppose, and she eventually came out. This woman was in a bad mood. Check-in was fine, but this woman is visibly angry. I come back to get food from the shop, and I wait. One woman offers to let me skip her, but the front desk woman tell her "she (me) can wait." Okay? That was undue. But I wait. I display the food I intended to purchase, and a cup of noodles falls by or behind her desk. She shouts at me to drop my attitude and "get back from behind the desk" - here is a grown woman shouting at me. I've never encountered this at a holiday inn Express before and I won't be coming back to this one, although I use the hotel chain 1-3 times a month.
