Michael tried to help me jumpstart my vehicle a few times until we tested the voltage and realized it was below 6 volts. They helped me communicate with the local NAPA auto parts who suggested a nearby repair shop-Elliot's, who was helpful and willing to replace my battery for me within an hour. I was given the opportunity to charge my devices in the hotel while waiting for a tow. For a female, traveling alone on a 14 hour trip, the people in this town and the people in this hotel were kind and helpful and I would stay here again most definitely.
