We love this hotel because it is very close to our family when we come to visit Virginia. As frequent travelers we are very big on hospitality. Understanding we do not live in a perfect world we are very understanding. My grandfather is an amputee and unfortunately this hotel didn't have any handicap accessible rooms available. However Ms Mona Lisa was phenomenal in helping my grandparents feel comfortable and safe during their stay. Such a sweet and kind lady. I was also impressed by Mr. Timothy Rollins who was kind enough on his off day to assist his coworker in the breakfast area. We are all amazed by how soft the beds were. As a IHG member I will absolutely recommend this hotel stay!
