- QBQaamel Baynard5 days ago5.0I was extremely pleased with my recent stay. Jess was extremely helpful in adjusting our accommodations and making sure we settled in nicely. The housekeeping staff was very friendly as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and talking with Ms Janey! Also the gentleman that serves breakfast was extremely nice! The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is close to several gas stations. The room was clean as well! I would recommend staying here for a quick trip or over night

They were helpful, accommodating, and made my stay very pleasant. I truly appreciate the effort most of the team puts into creating a positive guest experience. However, there was one employee (Jamie) who did not demonstrate the same level of customer service. She did not acknowledge guests consistently and came across as disengaged. While I understand that everyone has different personal circumstances, guest service should remain a priority in hospitality. If someone is unable to consistently meet those expectations, it may be worth reassessing whether they are in the right role or if additional support and training would be beneficial.

The shower water pressure was strong. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. Honestly, this was the best part. Janet ran the breakfast area the night we stayed and she is phenomenal. She is so attentive, the food was hot, and it was a pleasure to interact with her! We’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn express and this one had the best breakfast of the ones we visited. The eggs and bacon were all cooked perfectly.
