    Paid to park in their lot while on holiday, apart of the service is a shuttle to and from the airport, getting home after 17 hours of traveling 3 planes to find the bus was 20 mins out..once the bus came is was mayhem and of course my wife and I didn’t have room and the only option was to eating another “30 - 45 minutes” or find our own way. Ultimately we paid $40 for an uber and will never use this hotels parking service again.

    You call and it's always a "let me put you on hold" immediately followed by a 40 min wait, even when you arrive and see there isn't a line and they aren't busy. This happened multiple times to me, at least 10+. The ATM also charges a ridiculous amount, almost illegal.

    Omalleys Bar and Grill in Sterling, VA is an easy win. Attached to the Holiday Inn The real stars of the place are Chi, Kim, and Nunu the bartender “Hat Trick.” These three don’t just work the bar, they are the bar. Great energy, sharp service, real personalities, and the kind of presence that makes the whole place feel alive. They know how to make people feel welcome, keep the drinks moving, and keep the vibe right all night. Straight up, they are one of the biggest reasons this spot is worth coming back to. On top of that, Omalleys keeps it fun with live music every week and music bingo hosted by my guy Duck Chuck Goose. Go check him out on Instagram @duckchuckgoosemusic. Good drinks, good food, live entertainment, and a staff that absolutely brings the place to life. If you’re anywhere near Sterling, stop in and see the Hat Trick. You’ll get it real quick.

    Rooms are always cleaned and cleaned daily. This location is very convenient to Dulles Airport with a shuttle that runs every half hour 24 hours a day. Having O'Malley's on-site is very convenient. Once you check in, you'll never have to leave. The bartenders at O'Malley's are friendly and fast. Chi, kim, and Nunu (the bartenders) are great and fun.
