The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating! Stayed here for a two week conference and was very impressed with the catering/food, lodging, and staff. Specifically, Mr. Thomas, Ms. Rosie, and Mr. Wagdy who bent over backwards to accommodate a birthday within the group, with very short notice. Their willingness to accommodate truly showcased their hospitality. Well done!

The ECTC has been awesome and has exceeded our expectations! The staff; Thomas, Oscar, and Rossie have been incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. The food provided has been exceptional and plentiful. 5 stars all around, we will definitely be using this facility in the future.

The employees do not know how to use the billing system. Went to breakfast buffet in the morning. By the time they billed me…..my eggs were cold . 🤣

Terrible shuttle experience from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). I waited over an hour in a snowstorm for the hotel shuttle with no updates and no sense of urgency from staff. When I called, the woman who answered was rude and dismissive. Even after I explained I was outside in the snow and needed to catch the shuttle on time, she tried to market other hotel services instead of helping. She eventually hung up on me. Being left outside in freezing conditions for an hour — combined with such poor customer service — made this experience stressful and unacceptable. I hope management seriously reviews both their shuttle operations and customer service training.
