    Shower leaked ,bathroom floor was wet, room not cleaned during day, no towel exchange. Handle in shower not secure. Door knob on bathroom door broken,looked like towels had mouse turds in them. Door to room appeared to have been kicked in at one time or another, had to pull on it to get it secured.

    Note: DO NOT TELEWORK HERE. The wifi is weak and hotspotting is in a deadspot, so even your phone's data plan won't save you. In general, this place meets the expectations of all the other Best Westerns I've been to. I also booked this place at a great deal especially in the location it's in. The hotel seems pretty grungy, but I slept pretty well here, and the amenities are pretty great. I had intentions of doing a little bit of telework here, but they did not really invest much in their wifi infrastructure, so you're getting at most 10down/10up here. I have Verizon, and even the 5G, which I expect UW should reach this area, is somehow blocked by nearby interference. So I would find another place to book if that is your intention to get some work done. Otherwise, if you're here to find a place to stay, this place is great.

    Corporate America and it's rigid, abusive policies designed to trip people up who make small mistakes. This is what I hate about the US, cowboy capitalists won't miss a chance to rob you because they have no morals and no culture. I paid for 4 nights through a 3rd party and couldn't use the last night due to a change of plans. I asked if they could give me future credit with the hotel for one nigt, answer is 'non refundable, third party', flat no. What if someone pays for 10 nights and has a change of plans? I only asked for a 'credit' to be used at the same hotel or company, not a refund. I know it's non refundable but a credit isn't a refund. Even the most barebones of airline tickets give you some credit if you cancel but these hotels take it to the next level. The room has a door lock that doesn't work properly, the faucet only shuts off at a precise point because the valve is worn out and they provide no room service unless requested. These hotels took the covid policies that suited them and adopted them permanently like no room service but kind of ignored the free cancellations policy that was also standard at the time. These non refundable clauses should only apply to the first night or two, these companies are shameless and I wish a horrible Christmas upon your management.

    I don't recommend booking here, Even though it might be the cheapest option do not stay here. First of all, the rooms have bugs, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor. Yes they have shuttles to the airport and back but they don’t wait for at least 1 minute for you even though other shuttles do. I called and asked when is the next shuttle going to the at the airport the lady said at it should be there at not LEAVE at 9:15pm, okay cool i was berly walking outside at 9:14pm ( mind you the walk is like 1/2 minutes to get to the shuttle stop ) and by 9:15pm he had already left ( i seen it leave ) so i called and asked if there was any way he could turn around since i JUST saw him leave she said no i would have to wait till 9:45pm.. They lie about getting your refund, my boyfriend & i called and asked the same question about getting a refund possible just for one night since i had booked a room monday-friday ( i thought i needed a room till friday ) i wanted to check out beforehand ( Wednesday ) and they told me a whole different answer. I just had a horrible experience here. It’s just not worth your money and i forsure HOPE they don’t reply with a lie.
