  Clean, quiet rooms easy check in and comfy beds combined with a good breakfast selection made this a comfortable stay. Highly recommend

  I was not expecting to pay $5 for parking. When I made the reservation using the IHG app, it stated fees as $0. The parking fee is buried in the section called "other fees" which is where you will find pet fees. Who would think to look for a parking fee for a hotel in Staunton, VA? Any downtown hotel in a major city, yes. This came off as a way to get another $5 from me and most likely everyone else. Maybe there was one person that did not arrive by sd in the entire hotel. I HATE SURPRISE FEES. So inform me at reservation time in an overt manner. My room also had stink bugs.

  The staff especially Timothy front desk employee. He was so kind and professional. Even though our bus arrived late he and his group handled the luggage with ease. We will recommend this hotel to others.

  Been an IHG member for years and almost always stay at Holiday Inns but that may have come to an end, rooms were clean, hotel was clean and seemed to be be well maintained. Checked in on Monday the 6th and checked out on Monday the 11th. Absolutely no service at all, requested room service twice at the front desk and was told they would handle it, never showed up, even caught one of the maids on my floor 4th and asked for service and she said she would once again never showed up, trash was overflowing had to go to front desk to get towels and toilet paper every time. Flat out lied to me. Then when I checked out another lady told me that they were short on help and apologized, that's not my problem and they didn't mention that when i paid for the room. Room service was on the floor everyday but I am sure they were getting to the rooms that people were checking out of the make more money but ignoring the people staying there, definitely wont be back the the Staunton Holiday inn Express

  We booked a room here and arrived to the hotel around 1am. Due to a mishap they did not have a room for us when we got there. Tim, the front desk agent apologized profusely and gave us multiple options to accommodate us. He was AMAZING. The rooms were so clean, I rarely ever feel that comfortable in rooms, I can’t say enough about that. I would stay here again and again.
