- RMRobert McClainNov 16, 20251.0My wife and I were in town 4 days ago visiting our son needed a good hotel to stay so stopped by Hilton thinking it would be a great experience judging from the building itself boy were my wife and I wrong ,the front desk person acted like they didn't wanna deal with us right then anyway got to our room which was kinda cozy so we settled in for the night now we fade out into the next morning at breakfast bar which looked pretty good although the attitude from the tall lady working it wasn't so friendly the pancake machine wasn't working as it should so my wife told the lady working that it needed to be attendaned to and with a rude reply to my wife was told to get something else,,WOW talk about hateful,which just ruined our visit the coffee was minor,, though bar was a little greasy but the whole attitude of the Blonde haired lady working it could've not been more rude,, in my opinion and my wife's she needs to be dismissed for acting unprofessional towards service and guests this will be the last time we stay at this hotel maybe a call to labor board would help smooth things out a bit but with that lady but NO way will be come back unless she's dismissed we'll get a doghouse to stay in next time we visit 1 star from the McClains

Good location, decent breakfasts, fitness center, loved the room and overall decor, got to play foosball and the outdoor sitting area was fab! Even played guitar in the comfy outdoor area with another guest joining with his guitar while a few other guests came around enjoying the music.
