I still think that they're the best company in the area that offer group experiences and all of the staff seem helpful. I would recommend asking questions before you just decide to go on one of their tours though. Sometimes the description and the itinerary can be misleading. The Footprints in Time was really disappointing for me. It's a three day and two night stay in Ocean City Maryland with tours to Assateague and Chincoteague Islands, which is almost exclusively done by bus. You don't have hardly any time to explore either island on foot or even the boardwalk in Ocean City. On the other hand their Niagara Falls Moments to Remember tour was extremely enjoyable for me and it gives you a lot more free time to explore the area on your own if you want to.
