- MCMartin CoadyDec 16, 20255.0We stayed here over Thanksgiving, 2025. The facility permits dogs. We were placed on the 3rd floor but due to the landscape one can exit with their dog at the far end (from the elevator) onto a doggy relief area. The grounds were free of pet waste so they either attract "good citizens" or hotel staff polces the grounds. This is not always true of dog friendly establishments. There is a breakfast buffet for a charge. I ate there one morning and found it acceptable. It even included fresh fruit. We would both stay there again.

I had a hotel room booked at the Quality Inn Radford and they wouldn't let me check in after I had a room booked and paid for a couple of weeks in advance because it was late and they were already onto the next days business just after 11:30 at night. I was traveling for Thanksgiving to Charlotte NC and wanted to split the trip up since I was traveling at night. I wasn't expecting to get hit with travel delays and the Holiday Inn Staunton came through with no problems and I had a room within minutes. IHG properties will continue to be my go to when booking hotels in the future.

I wouldn’t stay here unless they do some deep cleaning in them rooms!!! The front lady was nice to discount my stay but that didn’t help me with the bites and itching!!!
