When we booked a room online we specifically a note in the request section, specifically asking for a pet free room, due to allergies. It turns out the online booking system did not transfer the comment to the registration desks system, as when we arrived, we were given a room on the second floor, which was most definitely not pet free. I would like to give a big thanks Stephanie, who made things happen as best she could in a booked hotel. We appreciate her help. Holiday Inn Staunton needs to make adjustments with their systems so that requests like this make it through without frustration on the part of clients and helplessness on the part of the desk.
