- JBJamie BoydNov 14, 20253.02nd time I've been here. Loved the first stay. So we came back first night alot of things in the room didn't work. Let staff know immediately and felt like it was brushed off. Was suppose to have Internet but didn't work. Day 2 let them know again finally moved yes to another room and it was night and day. Maintenance couldn't get Internet working but left me a number to call for support... Luckily they helped us get things going as they had to add us manually to the network which was odd and time consuming. At least we have a view of the mountains and a very nice breakfast in the morning.

Received a non-committal answer when we asked for a partial room service prior to our second night (posted policy is service every 3 nights unless requested). I ended up just requesting extra towels and got them. Still, an overall 5-star rating. I'd be back!

- JMJohnny MeganOct 27, 20254.0A little pricey but the front desk was very helpful and kind with all of our last minute needs due to cancelling a stay on the Country Inn and Suites in Lexington. Pool was not as heated as I thought. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was pretty good. I wouldnt jump at the opportunity to stay there again if there was a cheaper option though.
