I wanted to like this place . When I walked in it smells like weed . The halls the elevator all like weed . Came out of the room in the morning and more weed . They say breakfast is at 7 am . At 7:45 they just brought eggs out . Everyone waiting to eat and no hot food was prepared on time. We have places to go and need to leave and stayed there because of the breakfast . The room was large however the tv is on a weird wall on the side of the beds . The Tv does pivot but it’s not a good spot . Over all I would skip this place next time . The weed smell and really late breakfast is a deal breaker . They need to get their breakfast figured out and either say it starts at 8am and not 7 am if they can’t get help on time. I’ve seen other reviews about the weed and breakfast being late too so it’s not a one off

My company uses this place for work when we work at the base. When we first got here, Sheria (I hope I spelled it correct) welcomed us and was so genuine. How could we not come back with his hospitality. He’s also helped when a package was delivered and I couldn’t find it, looked for a remote I left and he points me where I wanna find things to do around town. He holds himself accountable even if my issues were mine, he’s apologizing and helping me figure it out.
Though the breakfast now starts at 6:30, no big deal because it’s very good and the lady is super nice and on top of it! The staff here is what brings us back. We appreciate you all!

Not a great experience. Elevators/stairs were constantly smelled of marijuana although many young families with children stayed. Breakfast was supposed to open at 7am but opened only after 9am for an hour. And even so, not all food/drinks were fully prepared (no orange juice). And no acknowledgement at all on the diamond status. Only positive for us was the room cleanliness.

Conveniently located off route 95. Upon arrival, a strong weed smell is present inside and outside of the hotel. Please note that this hotel is pet friendly, and people take advantage of this. So if you aren’t big on dogs barking, this isn’t the hotel for you. Our staff was very kind. Rooms were spacious and updated. Beds were hard. Breakfast was subpar, late, and chaotic. Good enough for one night, but don’t plan to come back anytime in the future.
