At check-in, there was no acknowledgment or appreciation for my Silver Member status—no greeting or thanks—which set a poor tone from the beginning. While the hotel itself looks very nice after the renovation, the room quality did not reflect that. The beds were extremely uncomfortable; the mattress was old, sunken, and had a noticeable dip, making it very difficult to sleep. The sofa bed mattress had visible stains and was not prepared or dressed. I had to go downstairs to request bedding so it could be used. Breakfast was also disappointing, as the food was cold. However, I do want to highlight that the woman serving breakfast was extremely kind and professional. She was the only staff member who provided genuinely friendly service during my stay. To make matters worse, after checking out around 10:40 a.m., I realized I never received a checkout confirmation or receipt. When I checked my account, the checkout had not been processed, so I had to call the hotel to ensure I would not be charged a late checkout fee. This is especially disappointing because Staybridge is usually one of my preferred hotel brands. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not recommend this location and will not be staying here again.

I forgot my dogs leash at my job site so I had to use an alternate leash lol. Later on the front desk lady brought up a dog leash that was left in the lost and found. That’s above just being nice , very thoughtful. Rooms are clean , very close to restaurants. Thank you so much for making my stay so pleasant.
