I was woken up 3 times by staff twice (staff either coming in the room or just knocking) to see if some one was in the room and the last time to ask who was there. I’ll admit half the reservation screw up was on our end but I wish it didn’t take 3 encounters to fix things.

We wanted to get away a bit, hangout, do some mommy kid spa time and go swimming. This place is amazing! It's clean, comfortable, and the people are polite and the accommodations are always top notch! Night 3 of my 6 night stay and this is the 2nd night i have been woken by the fire alarm. Staffs great, foods great, locations great... but so far its a steer clear if you want actual rest.
