The manager, Ms. Martinez, got on the phone with the company that reserved the hotel and they told her it would take hours to straighten out. The manager told them they weren't going to make us wait and started the process of giving us the room while they waited on the information. Eventually it all got worked out but I have to say I felt like she went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. All of the staff were super nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. I would highly recommend staying here.

Will not return again.
