    Ok so let me start out by saying the woman at the desk who helped us out deserves a raise... We've been traveling all day. Last time we stayed in Quantico, we stayed at the La Quinta, which we called to make sure the pool was swimmable. When we checked in and got to the pool it was ice cold and so was the spa. So this time we went to the hotel before we booked. When we got to the desk, the woman up front assured us the pool was ok and then offered to take us to it. She walked myself and our 3 kids (wife was unfortunately not here for this one) all the way to the pool, let us touch the water, then walked us all the way back, made sure we got the same rate as online, put us in a room right next to the pool that is certainly an upgrade from what we wanted, and made the kids feel right at home. As a parent who is traveling solo with 3 small kids in tote, these gestures of kindness and reassurance are amazing. We travel ~4-8 time a year on this direct route and always look for the best hotels to stay at. This hotel is now on at the top of the list for the best hotel that fits our needs and trip schedule. We will be back. Hilton hotels always takes care of us and we can't be happier being rewards members. Thanks Hampton Inn Quantico!! This is everything we asked for and more.

    Nice room digital key makes it easy to go straight to room, nice hot breakfast service allows me to eat prior to a 5 hour drive

    After 10 hr drive we arrived at hotel just off highway, greeted pleasantly by hotel staff, had to remind them of my loyalty and had to request bottled water which is normally offered. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Problem was no hot water for shower or sink, repeated calls to front desk with no solution provided, only will call someone to check pipes; not sure they know water is heated in water heater or boiler. Thought maybe the lack of hot water was due to late housekeeping staff washing linens/towels but no improvement in the morning. Very inconvenient not having hot water to shower and no reasonable explanation or solution to issue.

    The service from the staff was exceptional and the location was fairly accommodating for someone towing a trailer. But my final bill was $25 higher than my initial bill on my credit card, not sure why. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was good but it's clear someone had some fun & it wasn't cleaned between stays.
