  Service and location were great. This was the best Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed. Staff and owners were kind, professional, and welcoming. Kudos for running this establishment. As always, great coffee. Beds and rooms were comfortable! I love that the hotel was clean and had no odors. The staff enforces the no smoking rule. I just wish we were there in warmer weather to enjoy the pool! Will come again.

  As an IHG gold member I'm disgusted. The man working the front desk during the night had zero personality. Not friendly, not accommodating and completely unwilling to give us a good experience during our stay. When a customer walks through the doors you never know the reason they are traveling. It could be for a death in the family or any range of things. You should always treat them with the upmost of kindness. I don't want a response from management saying we hope you give us another chance or we are so sorry. Its unacceptable. Not to mention what an absolute poor property. False advertisement to customers like its new and renovated. Its the landlords specifical shitty doors, broken handles, painted over hinges. Luke warm water. There were shavings all over the bathroom. What an absolutely uncomfortable stay. The place is dingy. Dont even bother visiting. This is a hell hole of a property. They should be ashamed of it. I expect some sort of compensation for this horrible horrible experience.

  This hotel has nice clean rooms with a refrigerator, and you can request a microwave if you want one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, within walking distance of a number of grocery stores and restaurants.

  A perfect stay here. We had a room on the 5th floor with two doubles and it was a clean, comfortable room with complimentary Dove toiletries in the bathroom which featured a shower and bath tub. Housekeeping was very good and the complimentary brealfast featured a variety of hot and cold food choices and helped get the day off to a good start. Access of the interstate was easy and it's a short drive to the metro station for access to DC. I can recommend to others.

  Two well dressed gentlemen and their welcoming demeanor was my first impression of the Holiday Inn Express at Springfield, VA. Our room was clean, the day to day service excellent, the breakfast array properly done -all of which made for a very pleasant stay. I will highly recommend this facility for a great place to rest for a night, or others who are in town for events which may require a several night stay.
