The breakfast is very good and plenty of options available for FREE! The hotel staff was fine. The owner certainly takes pride in this establishment. It should be rated a minimum 3 star or better.
- KCKayleigh CrandellFeb 16, 20264.0clean and worth the price. breakfast was a nice touch and the 2 gym spaces are pretty nice. beds were a little small and pillows were too but overall it was a decent value hotel. weird thing though: nobody staffing the front desk. there's a virtual assistant on camera that's a real person it seems like best western is outsourcing? why can't they hire people to be directly at the front of their business instead of leaning on outsourced somewhat robotic help? very strange

- IIIsaac IkeFeb 15, 20262.0Housekeeping was up at 8am being loud speaking Spanish on there phones and slamming hotel doors deliberately and knocking on doors screaming Housekeeping, this is the 2nd time this happened as ive been here before. I will no longer come here or any other BW property's First visit here in September 2025 a maintenance worker walked into my room while I was getting ice and seen my wife half naked just walked right into the room, brought this to the front desk manager attention and they did not seem to even care much. Long story short DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.
