The staff here has been wonderful from the young lady Dannyella, who I first spoke with at the location and was happy to meet. To the sweet young lady they call Sunshine. Which that name fits her for sure. Our room was clean and the housekeeping just as amazing. So sorry didn't get their names. Fully equipped with an entire weeks worth of needs. Replaced as requested at any time. Until Chase. He was the only one that we feel needs customer service training. Not as friendly nor as attentive. I am a Customer Service Manager for a finance company. The stay we had other then that was astounding. Chase could be much friendlier and less disgruntle. My husband asked for assistance with a trash bag and was told by Chase he could take it to the dumpster out back himself. Thankfully the housekeeping staff welcomed him to dispose of it in the actual bin they take around. My husband also went to the front desk to ask for towels as I keep up with our room other than the linens. He wasn't given hand towels but 1 extra bath towel. When I went up front to return the bath towel and ask for hand towels. He (Chase) informed me he had given them to my husband. My response was "no if you had I wouldn't be here with this towel and requesting them". It seemed I and my husband was an inconvenience for him. That is the only issues we had. 7-11 is in the front when you drive in. There are many other very nice places to visit and enjoy. We were there to visit family and for a vacation. I will definitely recommend this location and be returning to this specific location in the future. Thank you to the staff that takes care of cleaning and the sweet ladies at the front who show the care and attentiveness that we need after a far travel from Tennessee. Your staff is amazing and the train was no bother to us. It was very sporadic between times. Not all night long by no means.
