  Not a place I would recommend women traveling solo. Its a hotel where mostly men stay long term, Im guessing for their jobs. I Hlhad to change rooms because the first one smelled like weed, the staff noticed it and offered to change my room. I was not comfortable at the hotel, so I slept on top of the covers in my clothes and pushed the recliner in front of the door. The room did appear to be clean. The staff was nice and accommodating. But I would definitely not stay again without my husband.

  If you need a spot for an extended stay, this is great option. It’s not home, but it has everything that you need to make it feel somewhat like home for a longer stay. All kitchen appliances, including 2 burner electric stove, work. The stainless steel cookware is nice to see. The bathrooms are fine and the bed is comfortable. No breakfast here, but the gym and free laundry make up for it. Ja’wan is one of the front desk staff, and he is quick, helpful, and friendly. Pro tip, bring a knife sharpener or get one for $4 at Walmart; the knives are super dull.

  DO NOT BOOK. The cleanliness of the rooms deserve a 0/5 star rating. Staff professionalism 0/5 star rating . My wife and I overheard the hotel staff arguing amongst each other. That behavior is very telling . This location is within steps of a train track and the noise is bothersome.

  I recently stayed at this property and was disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel appears to be in need of stronger management personnel as there were noticeable issues with organization, service, and attention to detail. Based on my stay, I believe the property would benefit from hiring a more qualified and professional hotel manager to better align with the standards typically associated with IHG brands.

  This is a decent hotel and as past comments mentioned it is a little dated and there is a train that passes close by, but there service is 5 Star. I got a 1 bedroom suite and the TV would work in the bedroom. The young man that worked at the front desk went well beyond what I wanted to try and get it to work, but it wouldn't. They said they could move me to another room, but wasn't needed as we were ready to call it a night. Keep the guy on the front!
