    Todo bien pero la limpieza es pésima , vine por un viaje de trabajo , y lo único que hicieron fue arreglar la cama con las misma sábanas sucias no nos dejan toallas limpias ni papel sanitario

    My first experience at a Homewood suites location. My reserved room type is only available on first floor and I hate first floor rooms. My profile clearly states high floor but I was offered a downgrade to stay on a higher floor. I decided to give it a try. Walk into room and floor us flooded i assume by the running dishwasher. Went all the way back to front desk. They called maintenence. They mopped up and dishwasher was not running so im not sure if the problem was fixed or not. Im supposed to be here almost 3 weeks. Ill probably search for another hotel to move to.

    I enjoyed staying at this particular hotel. Plenty of parking and the rooms were very nice. Clean and updated amenities had me feeling like we made the right choice. My only issues were the continental breakfast that needs some work and I feel like every room needs a thick comforter for the bed. Other than that my stay was great. Definitely would stay here again.

    The young woman who checked me in was great! Staff attitude went downhill from there. First, there was no general information card/brochure in the room. I had to call to find out when breakfast was served and anything else that would be with the normal info in the room. I'm not sure when Hilton properties stopped using plastic liners and ice buckets. So no bag or bucket to get ice from the machine (on the next floor). I was told that I should have used the ice maker in the freezer. And if I had any concerns about the cleanliness of the ice bin in the freezer, I could just wash it out myself or put it in the dishwasher. And of course, I could take THAT bin down to the ice machine to get ice. Asking for towels meant going downstairs & someone would go behind the desk and hand me two sets of towels, no questions about how many I actually needed. So it's pointless to specify how many guests I booked the room for and how many nights. I reserved for 2 adults & 3 children. Two full beds & a pull-out. So only two persons need to bathe, huh? I'll know not to book there again, even though it's close to the home of my family members. So much for "Hilton Honors." The property itself isn't bad, but we all know that the staff members make a big difference. While no staff member actually SAID anything rude, the negative attitude was evident. Maybe I just got the wrong crew.
