My profile clearly states high floor but I was offered a downgrade to stay on a higher floor. I decided to give it a try. Walk into room and floor us flooded i assume by the running dishwasher. Went all the way back to front desk. They called maintenence. They mopped up and dishwasher was not running so im not sure if the problem was fixed or not. Im supposed to be here almost 3 weeks. Ill probably search for another hotel to move to.

Clean and updated amenities had me feeling like we made the right choice. My only issues were the continental breakfast that needs some work and I feel like every room needs a thick comforter for the bed. Other than that my stay was great. Definitely would stay here again.
