- BGBetty GarveyNov 3, 20251.0Room was outdated; carpet was flithy; tiles were coming apart from lower area in bathroom; rusted grab bars; iron malfunctioned; behind the headboard was extremely dusty; pillows were too soft; buffet breakfast is too expensive; hot tub out of order; computer room out of order; front desk neglected to add my name for shuttle service; cleaning person didn’t vacuum and didn’t replenish coffee cups - had to go to front desk; had to go to front desk for towels; gym equipment was dusty and staff not cleaning that area. Very disappointing in the hotel and staff service. I paid for 3 nights and didn’t get the service I was expecting. This hotel needs a complete over haul and I will make a formal complaint to Corporate. Will never stay there again.

Rooms show above average wear and tear, and breakfast was abysmal for the price, especially when compared to what you could get elsewhere. Not what I would expect for the price of a Hilton Garden Inn; would have given only two stars if it weren’t for the awesome help of their customer service in correcting a credit card issue (that shouldn’t have happened in the first place).

Hot tub didn’t work. We were so disappointed in this stay tried to get our reservation cancelled after the first night and the told me they couldn’t help me because a manager wasn’t in for 3 more days.

We traveled here from out of state to enjoy a family vacation only to find out the pool/hot tub area was closed which was the highlight for our children leading up to the trip. The breakfast is very expensive for what you receive. I have never left a bad review for anything so I would proceed with caution on booking here.
