    Easy to find off the Interstate. Friendly staff, reasonably priced clean rooms here especially during our stay at the time 11/14, 15. Breakfast has hot - eggs, potatoes, sausage, and various (yogurt, hb eggs..) cold items.

    First time at this hotel, don't understand why charging for parking when there is nothing around except hotels owned by the same corporation. I do not think I'll be staying here again. Breakfast was out of dishes, waited for 10 minutes approached the person in the backroom/kitchen and mentioned they were out of eggs, the reply was "I have it in the oven" waited another 10 minutes, grabbed whatever I found and left; when I reported the issue, got a weird look, so useless to try to get things better. So be it. Rooms are clean but feel a little old.

    Hotel lacks. It has no Market, as other Hamptons have. Now are charging you an extra 10.00 to park in the lot ( because they are close to an airport)? Sign says not responsible for your car while parked in our lot? Imagine that, who would be, sign doesn’t exempt them from that. Just beware. Franchisee is a poor operator with a policy like that as I was no using the airport and staying just the night I booked. Bad general area to stay in.

    First, you must pay a $10 a day parking, because the senior leadership at Hilton allows it. The front desk clerk, once they returned from somewhere in the property, checked us in. Not a greeting, no smile, just told that we would pay the $20 in advance and a $100 incidental fee, that the $20 woukd be deducted from the $100 fee. I questioned the parking fee, he said sorry, but Hilton allows it so we charge it. The room was so so, not like the incredible room we experienced the night before at Wingate by Wyndham. The air conditioning unit has a bad blower motor and rumbled loudly when it ran. There was mold in the shower door track. In all of my years of traveling, this is the worst experience we have encountered. The attitude was tough, we got you, deal with it. We will never stay at Hampton Inn again. Please understand that, Hampton Inn was our go to hotel to stay while traveling. Not anymore.

    I stay in hotels over 200 days a year so I get to see a wide range of quality throughout the year. Now this one is towards the bottom. The shower doors don't slide I literally have to pick up on them to move them side to side. There was remnants in the toilet from someone before I was here. When you ride elevator 2 it shakes like a scared out of balance washing machine. Now I'm not an elevator technician but I have been an industrial mechanic for many years and it feels like something is mechanically wrong. I mentioned this to the attendant at the desk and she was very dismissive. Which brings me to the staff not all of them are bad, but the majority of them are rude and as I stated in a previous statement dismissive. I stood in front of two of their employees while I was checking in literally talking trash about other employees in front of me and several other customers. This is not a hotel I will ever stay at again I definitely do not recommend.
