  Overall pleasant stay. The room was clean. I will say though that when you walk into the lobby there is an odd almost old/musty scent. The first morning that I came down for coffee I noticed that the floor around the coffee area was sticky and the coffee area itself was dirty and not kept up. The same goes for the 2nd morning. Both mornings we came down for breakfast and the seating area didnt seem clean either. There waa one table that was dirty and sticky morning one and still that way morning two. The breakfast area was fairly clean and the selection was great. The cleanliness game definitely needs to be stepped up.

  You’re going to pay the same to park at this hotel (whose listing says free parking) as you will at the airport. It’s an “airport” hotel. The shuttle isn’t located at the hotel and can’t be taken without advanced notice. Room was dated and musty. This is my first altogether disappointing Hampton experience. There are a handful of other hotels connected to the same parking lot as this one. Choose one of them.

  This hotel needs work the pool and pool room was very dirty. The ladder in the hotel room is unsafe waiting to rip someones leg open. The room was clean but the toilet paper holder would not hold the toilet paper, the bench at the foot of the bed was about to collapse. Honestly this is the worst Hampton I have been to.

  The coffee machine in my room 502 is not working and I informed the front desk. In my last day of staying the coffee at the breakfast area was out and I was told it was on the way. It has been 45 minutes and still no coffee. And the staff we agitated when I complained. No the best experience or location.
