    During my stay at the Double tree Hotel, Mrs Semeatria is hands down the best and the most helpful hotel attendant in the Richmond, Va area. Very informative and respectful. Every time I needed any assistance she went above and beyond. 10/10 Customer service. Highly recommend.

    Nice hotel and all, but wouldn't stay here again. No breakfast included and for all 7 of us that is a big deal. If you are a diamond member they will give you a 15.00 credit for breakfast, but breakfast costs more than that. Maria tried to help me out but her hands are tied. Go somewhere else and there are dozens of hotels in the area that off some kind of morning meal.

    I stayed at this hotel for several days this week and, overall, the experience fell well below my expectations for a Hilton property. The stay was consistent with a typical two-star experience. Parking was an additional charge. Breakfast, priced at $17.50, was particularly disappointing. The powdered eggs were unappetizing, the fruit appeared several days past its prime, and the sausage was burnt. The most significant issue occurred on my final night when I discovered German cockroaches in the bathroom around midnight. This was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about sanitation and facility maintenance. Additionally, when it rained, water seeped onto the carpet from what appeared to be a closed window. It is possible this moisture intrusion is related to the pest issue if there is an exterior breach. For reference, I was staying in Room 420 on the fourth floor of six. Compounding the frustration, when I attempted to contact customer service, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. To be fair, the hot water functioned properly and the beds were adequate. However, these positives did not offset the overall poor experience.

    Stayed here for Valentine’s Day , exceptional service, rooms, and dining. Would stay here again. Special shoutout to Meatria, she was wonderful.
