    Convenient location for my travels. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff is friendly and accommodating. In general, a nice place to stay.

    Was there for a conference at VUU! Semeatria front desk agent and tall older lady that checked us in on Monday and she has brown hair they both went above and beyond. Very very clean rooms were phenomenal

    Apparently there is no maintenance here shampoo bottles were falling off the wall and only 1 light bulb in the room wasnt blown but the worse part was the heater didn't work.I woke up and it was 55 degrees in the room. I had to change rooms to one that the heat barely worked in. there was still toothpaste from the last person in my room spit in the sink. The whole room had a musty smell to it. It also cost $10 a day to park in case you didn't walk to the motel.The staff I dealt with was supper nice at least , but the rooms were terrible.

    Today, I checked out and was greeted by the young lady at the front desk named Semeatria — and I just have to say, her customer service skills are top notch! 🙌🏽 She was kind, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.     I was in the area for Virginia State University homecoming. My check in was ok but my stay was great. Semeatria was great she was very helpful and sweet you can tell she really love what she do. If I could give her all 10’s across the board I would cause she checked everything off. Making sure my stay was great! My only two things that wasn’t so perfect was for 2 days straight housekeeping came to my room while we where still sleeping in bed and opened the door at 9 something in the morning. Secondly breakfast was to be a credit of $15 a piece for 2 guest and I got charged for it to my room. But here again your front desk agent semeatria was great and helped me again she needs a round of applause for her great work.
